Was I cautious about using a company that I haven’t used before, that sells products at heavily discounted prices and that has mixed reviews – obviously Yes

Was I anxious waiting for the item to be delivered - Yes

But did the product get delivered as promised – Yes

The delivery is not next day but what do you expect when some of the items are coming from the other side of the world. If you cannot wait 10-20 days then maybe go to a high street shop and pay a substantial amount more.

If you’re looking for a huge saving and are prepared to wait 2-3 weeks then order from here. I will definitely order from Allgain again and would personally recommend them to my friends and family.

If you’re still unsure about placing an order, pay using the Paypal option like I did, so you will benefit from Paypal’s buyer protection - Google "Paypal buyer protection".

If you risk nothing you gain nothing!

I ordered a camera on 6 Jan through the Australian site with 10 - 14 day delivery. 16 days later nothing seen. My emails bounce and the website seems to have disappeared. Have they gone bust?

I ordered a phone that they said they had in stock on their website.
Hadn't arrived in a week.I emailed them they said they were awaiting a stock delivery which was delayed. I also paid for express delivery which obviously want fulfilled.
They emailed me saying they would refund the delivery amount. They didn't.
I waited another week, still no phone. I emailed them again and they are saying the phone is not available and if I wanted to accept a different color. I said no, please refund the full amount.
They emailed back saying the refund has been processed on 15/01/2015.
It is now 21/01/2015 and still have no refund.
Their email address is now bouncing and when you ring them it is just a voicemail message.
I believe they have taken my money and run.
I am in the process of notifying the police and consumer protection authorities.

The Guys at All Gain were contactable for updates on my order at all stages. I was a little worried about goods arriving on time but they went out of their way to upgrade delivery and guarantee delivery.
Will definitely use them again!

My phone has arrived it took 16 days the box had been open but phone is perfect so allow longer for delivery .they do answer the phone but not emails overall happy i will use again

Ordered a Galaxy S5 Duos as my S3 has finally had it.Item arrived next day delivery via Royal Mail.Called up to check they had the duos version as I know this one is hard to get in the UK.Was told they had one left in UK So I grabbed it.Now running my overseas sim and UK sim in one phone.No need to carry two phones anymore so I'm very happy.

Just bought a Nikon lens. I confused things a bit by making a mistake on the exact specification but with forbearance on both sides it was all sorted and the correct lens delivered. And Alina was always calm and helpful. Excellent.

There are many companies like All Gain in the UK, they offer excellent below UK prices on products that i think many of which are imported from the far east. In my case a Sony dual sim phone that isnt available in Europe.
I never make a purchase online without doing some research, On face value i had concerns due to the not all positive reviews and just the general issue of dealing with a small trader like this.
They seemed like the best all round option of companies listed in google's shopping section though based on price, speed of delivery and general look of the website etc.
However i needed more reassurance and called the company a few times. I spoke to various people and although they seemed like a small outfit they were very upfront about how their business works and why the pricing is as low as it is.
So i took the plunge and as promised i got my phone before Christmas within about 4 days of ordering. I also found the communication during the sales process excellent!
As such i have no reason to rate them any less than a maximum of 5 stars. I will review their shop first if i need to order anything similar in the future!

Very good prices but they purchase items from abroad so you can't be certain of their 10 day policy especially at Christmas, I gave them 3 weeks but it arrived by Christmas as they said it would, on Christmas Eve!!.
They are to be complimented on replying to web queries,emails and telephone calls but it it nearly always 'on its way' the question is, to the purchaser or to them from abroad? I think the latter
The box that my wife's 'Christmas camera' arrived in looked as though it had been through WW2 but the content looked fine so far having only been used once.
Having said all this and taking into account a much longer delivery time the prices are good enough for me to go back and use them again.

Placed and order for a new samsung tablet..Item came within 12 days Got an email to tell me when it had been dispatched and then another email with a royal mail tracking number.Called once to check on status after a week because I could not log into my account to check the progress of my order.Was told they were upgrading the site and the account feature will be back up and running in the new year.Few minor issues but savings outweighed any major concerns.Would recommend to anyone

I ordered some camera equipment based on the price offered. Delivery was about ten days as I had been told to expect. Sadly the wrong item was delivered but before it arrived i recieved an email explaining there had been an error and if I helped return the delivery to the correct address I would be refunded. All happened according to plan B and i am very satisfied with the result.

I would recommend Allgain, there maybe delays in delivery but no one could come near to the price.

Not ordered from here before.Item was in stock in the UK after I called to check.Got delivered with Royal Mail within 2 days.No issues.Used paypal.Did pay a high surcharge but saved a fortune in the long run!!
Apparently there will be a sale in January so I will be looking to pick a lens up for my camera in the new year!!!

Took 19 days to arrive (let me tell u you item ain't from a UK stock) posted to them from China and they use royal mail track and sign which u can't actually track and I didn't have to sign

I ordered a Samsung note 3 4G LTE and paid extra amount for the fast delivery they said that it will be 3-5 days but it didn't happen I emailed them but no reply. Call them and I found out they haven't sent my order and assure my order will be delivered next week but it didn't happen as well . Later I call them and they said item is out of stock. I asked for my full refund it has already been 3 weeks still no refund and they never reply on emails.
Honestly not satisfied with there services and don't recommend them on future.

Do not deal with this company. I ordered an item shown in stock on 23rd November to be delivered in time for Xmas and paid over £1000. I was told three weeks later than the item was not, in fact, in stock and I would receive a refund. After numerous calls and emails I finally received the refund after All Gain had been sitting on my money for almost a month. Utterly untrustworthy and inefficient.

Despite repeated emails and phone calls I still do not have the computer that was indicated as being in stock.
I was then promised a refund on the 6th December but I still have not received this refund. I need you to address my refund in the next 48 hours otherwise I will have to take further action. I would appreciate a prompt response on this

I think this company is basically OK - they're just having a few teething problems. The price I paid for a pair of binoculars was amazing .......cheaper by £120 than Amazon. The company managed to muddle up my order with another customer's order, but the problem was sorted out amicably and efficiently. I think they're a trustworthy company, who are just having a few difficulties in streamlining their service.

I'm thinking to purchase LG G3 from allgain.co.uk but I'm not sure if I should trust the website. The price is cheap compare to other websites and they also don't charge for VAT and importing cost.

However, the website seems quite new and there aren't many reviews so if any of you bought anything or had an experience with the company, please let me know.

I was a bit wary of buying from the company. Prices were MUCH cheaper than other places. Anyway as money is scarce I decided to take the risk. After well over 10 days I e-mailed the company to ask when the lens would be delivered. I was given a tracking number and found that the lens had gone astray with Fed-Ex.

A few days later I e-mailed AllGain again and was told that my lens had been dispatched. I received it safe and sound the following day. My son has tried out the lens, and it works great. So yes, I would buy from this company again.

I'm sure that many new companies get teething problems, but I found them good at answering my emails, and sorted out the problem of the missing lens.

Ordered a lens on October 31st, "7-10 days delivery" which would have been November 9th at the latest. On Nov17 I emailed them asking where it was. They said it would be delivered early the following week (week starting Nov 24). Nov 20 they email saying I will have a tracking number within 72 hours. 4 days later I have heard nothing from them, no update on the late delivery, nothing. So i email asking where it is. The next day, 25th, they say I will have my tracking number within 24 hours. The 26th, they email claiming Fedex has lost it, they're trying to find it. 4 days later I have still heard nothing from them, no update on the lost package, no apology, nothing. The item is now 21 days late, communication has been terrible, and for all i know they have never even sent the item. Am trying to get a refund from PayPal. Would never buy from them again.
