I purchased a camcorder and did not pay attention to the shipping times being 7-10 days.I then relaised there was an option for express shipping and called the number on the website to speed my delivery up.It was very easy as I recived a paypal money request to upgrade my shipping and the item arrived 4 days later in perfect condition.Website could be a little easier to navigate but with the price hI have paid it by no means a deal breaker.

Ordered Camera equipment twice now, payed via paypal (Which incurs a 5% surcharge, but still works out as a bargain). Both orders were delivered within the 10 days stated :-)

I cancelled an order due to the delivery time being unsuitable. After an initial worry about .transfering to a bank account, I used paypal to transfer the money. After cancelling I received help in getting my refund.
I would recommend this company, but keep in touch as they don't send automated reply's to an order like most others.

Placed an order for a phone on the 26th of October, the delivery states it would take 7-10 business days to arrive, when I needed this. After 10 business days I got worried, emailed them and quote: "Been looking into your order and have discovered it will be with you early next week". 2 days later they email me stating the phone was not in stock. It took them 3 weeks to realise that.

Another note is that the savings are not great, can find much better ones. Shocking company and would not even recommend to people I hate.

Hadn't heard of this site before but found it and i'm glad i did!
Cheapest prices by quite a long way, shipping took a bit of time but i didn't mind as the price was so good.
Bought the I-pad air for my daughter and was worried it wouldn't arrive but it came the night before!
Customer service was excellent when i spoke to them i will definitely be shopping here again!

My experience has been very similar to Dave's below. It's been more than 3 weeks and my phone still has not arrived. I was told I would receive tracking information which never happened. Phone was supposed to finally arrive by overnight courier yesterday, I am still waiting for it and starting to think it has not been shipped yet. Problematic order process as well, with the total amount jumping to more than 1000 Euros after changing the currency. Generally difficult to get a hold of customer services and quite slow response times. Worst online shopping experience to date.

I ordered this phone about 3 weeks ago, I asked whether they had it in stock at the time as I know it's not an easy one to obtain, told yes. Had to go through an amatuerish system of payment by bank transfer and then notifying them of the payment. Two weeks later, nothing. Rang up to check, told I would be rung back later, no return call. Rang yesterday, same story. Rang today, told not in stock. Complained fairly strongly suggesting that they would not be in business long, told that because their prices are so cheap, people would continue to use, I should read Ryanairs reviews. Avoid at all costs. I will review again with how quickly we receive our refund.

I ordered a new lens for my nikon camera on the 19th October. 7 days later the money had still not been taken from my account and my order still said processing. But I wasn't going to panic like the FAQ stated, once a tracking number has been released you will receive it next day. After all the website states 7-10 days delivery.

On the 9th day panic started to kick in a bit as I need the lens for Saturday, so I emailed customer service. A response was rapid to be fair saying that it going to be another week for the black lens, but if I wanted the Gold one, they will dispatch ASAP. The website saying nothing about the lens in black, the lens is quite clearly gold. I asked if I could get this by Saturday and the response was YES!! So ten minutes later the payment came out for the lens, after 9 days!!

On day 12 (7-10 days delivery) I was in live chat with a member of the customer service team. "good news!!!" you phone will be arriving tomorrow!!" I had to state that I ordered a lens.

I was told the lens will be in the country today but they can not deliver till Monday with it being the weekend. So I asked if I could pick it up. After speaking to a manager the customer advisor said she would ring me back before 12 noon to see if this was possible. I got no phone call.

Saturday, I paid to hire a lens and waited in on Monday for the delivery but I still did not have a tracking number. Another email was sent which was totally ignored, so after another phone call I got the response "Its all ready to go. Tracking number will be posted later on tonight. Writing this I still have no tracking number or lens on day 16.

Overall I expected to wait 7-10 days even 11 or 12 but I thought I had ordered in plenty of time to receive my goods for when I needed it. I would not use allgain in future, I have used other import companies before who are much more reliable. Allgain's customer service is poor to say the least, to be told blatant lies is not acceptable for me. Maybe I was unlucky, however they have lost me as a customer.

Had my reservations - discounted electronics websites always make me suspicious. However judging by my experience with their customer service I think they're a good outfit. For funding reasons I didn't go through with my mobile phone order, but the service and sales support up to that point was great. Was expecting the cancellation process to be problematic but it was as painless as ordering - word of warning though... if you want payment security there's a 5.5% surcharge to use Paypal (but this clearly outlined before the transaction and was also refunded).

The business model is sound though. Sounds like they ship devices in cheap from Hong Kong to warehouses in whichever country, covering the customs and delivery costs in the price. They then offer sales, support and a 3rd party warranty (also included in the price) in that country. When I actually have some spare cash to treat myself to a new camera or phone, you can bet I'll be looking here first!

Was not sure about this company as never heard of them. They answered emails and calls quickly. Got my items on time and happy with service.

After finding the site, was apprehensive as it appeared to be very new. Phoned and asked re camera models, and lenses available. I then called them back 2 days later with a few more questions. At all times phone was answered fairly promptly.

Decided on the Nikon D5200 with the 18 - 55 lens. Pricing was very good. Took 10 days to receive tracking info, but as soon as it hit the UK, information was sent and had tracking data. Arrived the following morning via courier.

Excellent purchase, would be happy to use again and would be happy to reccommend.

The product is as advertised and was delivered on day two of the forecast delivery period. There was quite a long (nervous?) delay between receiving the invoice (by email) and receiving confirmation of shipping along with tracking information. I presume this delay was due to the item being shipped into the UK from outside - Hong Kong probably. It would have been nice to be forewarned of this communication gap. Once delivery/tracking information was received delivery was made in very short order, within a one hour allocated time slot. I would buy from this supplier again.

I was a bit apprehensive about using these guys as they are a new company buy I saved £60 buying a Nikon AW120 where everyone else was charging £250. Also personally I take every opportunity not to use Amazon as they dont pay any UK taxes and squeeze UK companies.

The camera arrived on time but with a european socket but this wasnt an issue because they also supply an adapter and I like it having a euro socket as Im just of to Egypt for a diving holiday so I can charge it directly with the euro socket. - Recommended

I was nervous ordering from a company that I couldn't check up on via previous feedback. I telephoned with questions and they were answered by a knowledgeable and helpful person. Within a few days of placing the order, I called to see when my goods would arrive and was given accurate info. Order to receipt of goods was about 7 days. Very happy with the product, got exactly what was described.
