As this wasn’t completed beforehand, the nurse discussed it with you at the start of your appointment. Based on the information provided, she followed our usual safety protocol and offered to send images for specialist review before proceeding.
We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were expecting, and we’re sorry it caused frustration. A full refund was issued as a gesture of goodwill, although our usual policy includes a minimum appointment fee.

Great Service - Booked in with All Health Matters for a blood test. Staff are really friendly! Annoyingly I did not get the Nurses name who carried out my bloods, but she was amazing!! Would highly recommend! Will definitely be going back when I need more.
