Don't even bother applying here went for a security officer role and the manager (Stephen Macintosh) blew smoke saying id hear back by monday and then ghosted me when i rang up tuesday just to politely chase it up with Stephen on the other end started effing and blinding at me i've worked some tough long shifts in my time but i've never had a so called professional speak to me like that absolute disgrace of a power trip if a manager thinks he can swear at you just for asking a simple question imagine what its actually like working under him proper toxic i known people working inside the warehouse and even they say hes toxic and not to mention theres video on youtube says it all "Oh Your One Of THEM YouTube People Are You"

Had the misfortune to meet david this morning on his delivery's to boots on hillington rd cardonald he had decided to double park and block a 1 way system out of a very tight car park after beeping my horn and asking him to move i got told to f off and that my car would fit through no problem rather than move his van he just proceeded to carry on with his delivery ignorant arrogant man great rep for your company 👍

Extremely toxic work environment, micromanaging all the time. The fleet team from Nottingham is fraudulent. Constantly disregarding the law, they sign and have asked me to sign fraudulent documents. And when I put a complaint about these kind of treatments I was let go. Absolute shameful behaviour.

Always illegal parking over businesses access and on double yellow line often blocking a lane of traffic

Could I say how polite and professional Jakir Hussain is. He delivers stock always with a smile,he let's me know if any stock is missing or damaged. Always puts the stock in a safe place, so no accidents could happen. 100% you have a great driver working for you.

Alliance Healthcare not providing Boots pharmacy with correct tablets and lying about it to staff, even though Teva UK have confirmed they are fully stocked with the required medication.

I had a positive job interview in March 2025 with Richard Jones, but after six weeks of waiting for feedback, I emailed him directly and received no response. An external recruiter later informed me the role had been filled internally. I also never received any constructive feedback. The lack of communication and respect for candidates’ time was completely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Awful company, no welfare towards employees, money grabbing firm. Avoid working for them they won't have your best interests at heart.

Aggressive driver in FJ73VUH intimidating a young black lady on her own opening her car door to shout at her. The little coward wasn't so gobby when her partner returned. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so called professional driver.

Letchworth haha what a place lol management are a bunch of airheads cant do simple tasks it's a rubbish job long hrs and boring routes same place twice a day it does ya head in . Trust me there are better jobs out there i have a new job mon to Friday more money and better work life balance i wished I left that place years ago. The management at my new place are just perfect and treat me so well it's unbelievable not use to it when I first started .Letchworth is shocking please please don't make the mistake and join them all they worry about is speeding bla bla bla it's does ya head in. Unless ya in a hire van 😆 do your research on this company there is more negative than positive. Why do u think they pay is ok to draw you in .honestly keep away and look futher a field

Awful people. Their antiquated system ,lack of training also used by the NHS. Their scanning unit at Paddington has really damaged me mentally. They discussed my medical condition out in the open. Like I had the plague. What has my condition gor to do with scanning my brain?
No dignity, no professionalism, backward and uneducated staff. Never again .

Appalling delivery driver passed my horse within literally inches. Smirking aggressive driver very abusive. Reported to their so- called driver reporting hotline and not heard anything. Next time straight to police.

I was a warehouse cleaner in belfast, working hours from 11.30am-3.30pm, 1st month was fined. Longer you are there, more mistaken can easily to made and they won't give you 3 more months to prove it. Yet, those point about talking, against to girl me. Lot of people do talking why picking on me only. Bad training, bad management team, leadership is annoying and shouting to you tell you what you need to do, she isn't nice to me too asking where are you. Treated me like prison. No break for 4 hours, they should allow you for a drink break in busy environment, I also doing wrong job eg cutting 1000 boxes for line picker people suppose they are doing it and staying for 4 hours they cut 1 hour down. Don't want to pay them. Just to pay me to cut all boxes, mean I'm not getting other job done. Even worse my boss allowed to have 3 cleaner off at same time. Rely on me to do everything and machine wasn't shown properly. Before I leave my job I end up just take it easy, how they treated me this way. Learning bad stuff if they treated me badly. But good thing is nice people to work with. Not all is bad. Just to stay away from leadership team and management. Specially called Kevin. He was 1 make a complaint so then I won't able to stay on my job. He is worse and no 1 likes him.

Recently applied for class 1 role in Hinckley - Didn’t even get an interview , apparently don’t have the right experience- with 13 years HGV experience shunter trained clean license 0 points or infringements .? Baffled
I live within walking distance too.
Application process from an American agency ? Why - owned by Americans explains a lot .

Bad, poor service. Never cannot find terms in time. When the case is really important and urgent. Resignate as soon as possible.

Attended Haworth Medical Practice and was very lucky not to have been seriously injured by Alliance Healthcares delivery van who was clearly not looking where he was going. The car park was very busy. When I asked him to drive more carefully particularly in a Doctors car park where there may be vulnerable people about, he clearly couldn’t care less and I was met with verbal abuse. It’s not surprising your reviews are so poor employing people like this.

If you're down on you're luck and desperately need a job, don't go here. It's a vile,toxic place with no management or people skills. Alliance healthcare should be renamed Auschwitz concentration camp. The pay is poor the working conditions are from the middle ages and what is health and safety!! Honestly you would feel safer in a category A prison sharing a cell with Charles Bronson holding a knife
