Absolutely appalling company as a customer and employee!
Please learn from our mistake of being associated with this company!

I wouldnt even provide one star but I was forced to add at least one.

Delivered the wrong item 3 times in a row. Flagged every time with customer services and on there online portal yet they are still unable to fix the issue. Very poorly run company.

I wish I could leave a negative 5. ABSOLUTELY horrible place. No respect for clients. NO emphasis on care just push prescriptions. Exactly what is wrong with mental health care in this country. HORRIBLE.

I had to close on my home in Michigan and all of my stuff was stolen by the house manager, Danielle! They have done nothing to help me. They said they did their best. They let two guys come back after being gone for weeks but I was not granted the same treatment! my clothes, laptop, pots and pans I bought, back pack, everything was stolen! This place is a joke! If you need help don’t go here! All they care about is money!

Had a terrible experience with alliance healthcare. I’ve placed three orders and only one has been delivered, despite the fact that I have been charged. Various different reasons from the company about why this is and have tried to contact them to just ask for a refund as I have had to go else where as we had clients booked for medical treatment. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and have not had any response. They still have a significant amount of money that I just want to be refunded so be careful if you are thinking about dealing with alliance healthcare.

Three weeks trying to talk to someone without an ounce of success, absolutely disgusting approach to people and if they are to provide a service for the public they should actually have a way of communicating, it shows if you have money your catered for but if your on a medical card your another statistical entry nothing more, would highly recommend not using alliance medical for scans, complete joke

11/1/2023 at 16:23. Yet another Alliance Healthcare maniac running a red light at the top of Quarry Road turning right onto Saltwells Road. My lights turned green and I've just nearly had my car written off.

If you supply promethazine 10mg to pharmacies in West Yorkshire could you make sure that ALL on your contract list has them please my pharmacy says it's a issue with supplies when I said well contact supplies well I need them for my mental health issues it seems issues been with liquid and 25mg tablets do can you help please I'm very worried as they suit me and withdrawing and changing ned could be risky for my general health. so if you can check that all chemists on your list in Wakefield area can get them I'd be verygrateful thanks WF8 area

I called and begged for repatriation as I was so ill and nobody got back to me. It’s taken over 3 months to get any money and my emails have been ignored. I’ve had zero correspondence to say any money has been paid. I made dozens of calls which got me nowhere and each person told me something different. The entire process was beyond upsetting and stressful and I will never use your company again. You left me stuck in a country far from home, alone, frightened and very sick; shame on you

Despicable Company. Sent me a bill 10 months after my Operation.

Don’t bother working here. I worked part time which was ok until I was let go then rehired a couple of days later full time no breaks were explained to me no break room was shown to me and ended up working a full 8 hour shift with no break also spoken down to by higher staff and honestly treated like garbage

hi all ..... after having spent over a decade ( 11 years to be precise ) as a loyal, earnest & focused team member, i am now unfortunately parting company with alliance

As someone acknowledged as a team player & plus my long service I thought i would have been given proper support & help. No, instead a certain individual took advantage of my plight & further compounded my issues so much so that i needed more time off than needs be

This then lead me being taken down the disciplinary procedure for " high levels of sickness " ( for which " she " was the chief contributor )

In fact, i would go as far as to
say her methods / tactics were tantamount to bullying

I wish my colleagues are the best & under duress I will seek a career path away from alliance & away from that bullying & tyranic woman

The working environment is awful. You only have a half-hour break for the full 8 hours of work. If you are an employee of the agency they treat you like garbage. Some employees said that working conditions worsened when Sabatowska became a manager.
