Easy and clear. Got my evb number when I registered. Got a confirmation email and the green card (digital) when the car was registered.

Really company services, helped in minutes to solve my issues by phone.

Have a broken glass while driving abroad. In order to register the claim had to speak with 10 different people who did not manage to help, nor online customer service who promised to call back but did not do this. Also could not find me place where to change glass of the car.

Strongly suggest not to use!!

they don't cooperate easily

I’m writing this review in English so any foreigner can understand and stay away from this company. First my car was insured with Allsecure but after Allienz bought Allsecure my contract has been changed to Allienz. I was paying my insurance every 6 months and i was ALWAYS paying on time plus i have never used the insurance for the past 2 years since my insurance started. 2 days ago i got an email that they couldn’t book my monthly payment from my account so they have canceled my contract. First of all i do not have any transaction in my bank account, second i have enough money in my bank account to cover the payment. Also let’s assume that i did not have money in my bank At the time of payment then at least i should have received warning (Mahnung) or they should support their customers during this hard time (Corona). I have tried to check with their customer service why this happend but he couldn’t answer my question. I have started to search and some people told me that my case is not the first because basically my name is MOHAMED and they don’t trust Foreigners (ausländer). Now because of their racist action my insurance will get higher because they are the one who canceled the contract so i will have to pay more money to my next insurance company. So the conclusion is if you are foreigner from outside EU then stay away from this racist company.

Very good service. I was insured with them for 5 years (car insurance). I asked for a NCD letter in English, and they provided it fairly quickly, and exactly how I needed it for my new insurer in the UK. Both Facebook and the chat on the website provide very good customer service. Danke!

finally I have a chance to express my disappointment with your service. Since Xmas I've been trying to get the original hard copy of my green card (GC) because I travel to BiH and the BiH authorities accept ONLY the original paper copy of GC, nothing else. I tried to get a help on A Direct website, by chatting online-it was useless, I was told that due to technical problems I could get my GC in 3 months... Insane, isn't it? I went to Königinstr. 28 in München because Allianz Direct has that address as a contact address on its website.... Surprise, there was nobody from Allianz Direct but a very nice lady who works for Allianz insurance and has nothing to do with A Direct.
This is the first and the last time that I have insured my car by A Direct. Very bad experience, unlike Germany.

I would like to have talked to a human being rather than doing everything on line. Also , why have I been charged on the old account for a extra month? the new insurance started straight away, why didn't the old insurance finish straight away?
