I didn’t receive part of my order

I didn’t receive part of my order. I emailed them, they told me to look again. I emailed back to tell them the item was not there and I have heard nothing back. Not impressed with them taking the money and not supplying the goods.

Been trying for weeks to get a refund…

Been trying for weeks to get a refund for sweets not delivered by this company. Yvonne pomised that refund was being processed but nothing has been done and no answer to e mails or phone calls. Not a big customer but I expect to get my money back when they dont fulfil order.

Lovely Company and Amazing Service

I have shopped with allmarkssweets for the last 3 years around Christmas time and have had amazing service every time. Even in the current situation of cover, I received my order with 4 days of ordering. The products are well packaged and everything is well priced. I will continue to use this company when I need some sweet treats!

Missing product with no courtesy follow up

No problem with the quality of the products received, however, one product was not received. Contacted the company on the 24th October but still not received a response or even a courtesy follow up. Only left out of pocket by a couple of £'s but feel disappointed.

Gift box arrived...eventually.

Ordered gift box Wednesday night and paid extra £6.70 for "1 or 2 day delivery" hoping the parcel would arrive on the Friday or Saturday. No parcel arrived and tracking info said "order not fulfilled". Called on Friday and left message. The lady left me a message saying it was mailed out on Thursday, so should arrive Monday or Tuesday!??! Didn't arrive until Wednesday - almost 7 days after ordering. Tracking still says "order not fulfilled". Its fine for parcels to take longer "due to Covid", but you shouldn't offer to provide that service, or take the extra money for 2 day delivery if it can't be completed in that time. Interestingly, the DPD label said it wasn't shipped till 11th, which was 4 days after order placed. Nice to have the tartan gift wrap, but would have also been good to have label on each bag stating what the sweets were. Shame really. Won't be using again as it took too long - will continue with other Scottish supplier.

I am glad your sweets arrived safe and well.
As a company we do state on first page of website there may be delays due to the current situation.
Then when place an order you will receive another email stating can be delays.
We are in a Pandemic at the moment and all companies working really hard.
I am sorry if did not see these details and cannot accept the delays.
I offer 1st class, 2nd class postage too so should I not offer this as taking longer too.
Right now in the current climate there is no guarantee for delivering anything and delays all over.
Apologies if this is not good enough for you.
As for the label, shame don't understand the system we work with and not even going to explain.
Again as delays with courier companies too.
I wish you had returned the parcel as by the sounds of it after the call would have been too late as you state. I wish you well finding other companies who can always deliver at a specific time of day for you and hopefully can order in plenty of time especially with Christmas coming too.

I ordered and received my delivery last…

I ordered and received my delivery last week :) thanks allmarks sweets. Had a good experience from start to finish. I ordered a selection of sweets, pink and white milk bottles, dusted milk bottles, some lips , blue and white jellies and some flump things..I was given extra as I ordered a 3kg milkshakes and think there wasn't enough so made up difference with some of the other sweets and a few extra goodies, chocolate and gums. Thanks. The whole process from start to finish was great, I had to contact the shop on one occasion to check which delivery option I selected and spoke to a lady, who was lovely. Very helpful and caring, we even had a conversation :) which was great! Delivery was good considering the current corona virus pandemic. I cannot understand the bad reviews (minimal might I add) I would definitely recommend allmarks sweets. I just got to keep my sweets fresh so have bought some boxes lol. Thanks allmarks great service. To the lady I spoke too on phone take care :) x

Great sweets

I have ordered from this sweet company twice now, both times have been great, sweets arrived approximately 1 week after ordering which is fantastic considering the current pandemic. Sweets are delicious and exactly as expected, each comes in a little sticker sealed bag. Would highly recommend.

I am an honest buyer

I am an honest buyer, I purchased a sweet box for my Son's Birthday, I have not received a thing, I also sent emails and had no reply. No refund, no product either, I will not let this company get away with this and will be taking this further as I see from comments before this is not the first time they have done this to their customers (wish I read these reviews before) it seems pot luck whether you get your order or not! To take someones money and not send the items is not on.

We deal with a great amount of customers and will endeavour to help in any way we can. I think you have to call ourselves on 01418862694. Also if you look at your order you will see you picked collection from shop. This means you have paid for no postage hence the reason you have not received your item. Your messages have went into our spam file. So will see we are not at fault.

Products were very nice but poor communication

When l received the package, there was a slim white box with a couple of bits of greaseproof paper in it and some crumbs!!??
It was a bit off putting. When I emailed them, them, they said it was extra packaging??? I found this to be quite odd! They also appeared to be a bit uptight over the whole thing and l have the feeling they didn't want to believe me. Their emails to me didn't make that much sense and didn't really address anything.
I have just read this company's response, regarding my honest review. At no point was l offered a refund from them and l certainly have not received one at any stage. They said that l lied about my review? I find this confusing, as l have absolutely no reason for doing this!
I had no idea what you meant by "uplift" my order? I replied to their email explaining this, it was hardly an angry email! So all they needed to say was, would you like a refund! Then l would have known what they meant. Once again they are saying that l sent them an angry email?? This is not true. They persist in making me out to be the wrong party in this and l do feel that they are, in fact, being very disrespectful to their customers!

As a company we are really confused from this edited review, As we explained to yourself the white box was used as a packer packaging to save your goods getting damaged as any company would do, The crumbs you state is from your macaroon which would have been minimum from which you ordered, We also offered you an uplift from you if wasn't happy with full refund which in return you came back with an angry email. There was also nothing mentioned of you being barred from the website in that email. This order was from 8th April 2018 and you are still see fit to be going on angry with this. As a company we offer help in everyway we can. Sorry you feel the need to take it further in a media platform with a different review.

Can you also highlight where we said you lied and also barred as I think your reading another review above yours, as would not disrespect anyone. Please read the email that we sent to you via the website and others.As a company we pride ourselves on helping with situations that may occur.

An excellent service from Allmark's

An excellent service from Allmark's. The sweetie cones were great value for money and delivered to our door. There was even a complimentary large lolly for the birthday boy.
Would thoroughly recommend!

So Sorry Richard your order came in on The Friday at 1245hrs, orders are already ran off by that day. We don't pack on a Sat, Sun.
Was a holiday weekend here in Scotland and Royal Mail have the local holidays so no uplifts. Hence the reason went out n the Tues for he Wed delivery.
Yeah seemed like a while but harder if ordering at the weekend and we have no uplifts then.
Glad enjoyed the product and grateful for ordering with ourselves. Take care.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company, do not use. Products arrived with half the order completely damaged and ruined the end of my sons party. Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Do not waste your money on their products.

The sweets were not faulty, the packaging was, that isn't perishable. The party wasn't until Sat 253rd as I explained and the top layer of the box was inspected on delivery but I did not pick up every single pack from an order of 50 to check the bags weren't split. I don't think that is unreasonable. I have offered to send the faulty bags back to you, you have ignored this request. You have implied all along that you do not believe me. As stated before, your customer service standard is terrible. Your disbelief even after seeing photos and having the option of having the damaged packets back is unbelievable. I have even offered to have the party venue verify my issues with the packaging but you seemed to have ignored the parts of my emails that you do not wish to consider as then you would have to accept that your product was faulty.

Reply - What would you suggest? That I should have given only 20 kids out of 50 sweets and told the other 30 kids that they would have to go without sweets because I choose a bad company to supply the sweets?! I have said I have damaged bags I can return, would you require all damaged bags back to issue a refund or would you still be hiding behind the irrelevant perishable items line to get you out of your responsibility to reimburse me for the faulty bags?

As a company there is only so much we can do and we are always willing to help in any way we can.You forgot to state the sweets were sent 13th Sep, you called 25th Sep to say were damaged. The sweets are a perishable item and we have terms and conditions as food like every other company as we stated. you have to contact ourselves with damages in 2 days so can contact the companies and for ourselves to fix.

When we asked to have the items returned, the reply is that couldn't return as they had been eaten. As a company how can I help if cannot get all the packaging back including the sweets only the ripped cone bags you state. So there are other sides you failed to mention.I received a reply re a knife opening it when I asked which implement did you open the box with. I didn't at one point mention a knife been taken to them, the customer did this.
We weren't rude. So as a company we have to refund the money for the cone bags that have been eaten after the party had been and gone and all sweets eaten and they will return ripped bags and expect a full refund. Such a shame. Quite embarrassing for you
