Excellent experience from start to finish, quick to provide the quote and respond to any queries I had. I was dreading the day but Shaun and John turned up and couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile, throughout what was a very hot and long day. All my belongings were treated with the upmost respect, and they happily moved items I hadn't got quite right first time positioning wise. I'm so grateful to them for making what could have been a very difficult day very straightforward and a lot less stressful than expected. Highly recommend this company and Shaun and John are a total asset to them.

All Moves UK were great from start to finish. Giving us a quote on a weekend and booking our removal with just 2 days notice.
On the day of moving, Taylor and Shaun were fantastic. Friendly, polite and professional throughout with nothing being too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Professional and friendly. The two guys did a great job and even moved an item upstairs for me, which they didn't have to do. Overall a great service arriving on time and completing the job in good time too. Highly recommended.

I booked AllMoves for my home move to London after previously using them for a move within Nottingham that went well.

I regret choosing them.

They were the only company to quote me for the move spread across 2 days - 4 other firms I spoke to all said they'd do it in one day. I asked AllMoves if they could also do it in one day like everyone else, and they immediately said yes.

2 weeks before my move date, they called me and said they would no longer do my move in one day, and instead would spread it across 3 days, and that it would cost me more than 50% more than the contract we had signed. They even said I had to let them know in the next few hours because they had 'other clients waiting for those days'.

This threw all my moving plans out of the window - I would have had nowhere to sleep in those 3 days, I had budgeted for the contract I had signed with AllMoves that they were now unilaterally pulling out of, and on top of that they had the gall to blame me for their decisions. The man on the phone repeatedly blamed me for asking for a 1 day move, that he had decided his company would no longer do.

Moving home is one of the most stressful things you can go through, and this man tried to take advantage of that by telling me they could still go ahead with the move if I paid an additional 50% on top of the contract price.

I refused, found a much much better removals company and used them instead. They charged me the original price, and I am glad I will never have to deal with AllMoves again.

I'm not angry that AllMoves wouldn't do the move in a single day.
I'm angry that they agreed a contract to do it in a single day (and taken our deposit), and then at the last minute changed their mind. It's entirely their choice what timeframe they offer to do moves over, but the fact that they changed their mind so close to my moving date was wholly unacceptable and unprofessional.

This firm were brilliant and could not have done more to make a potentially very stressful day very straightforward. We are downsizing to a slightly larger house (!) but a significantly smaller garden. Shaun, Taylor, John and all of the team worked throughout the three days to ensure that every item - no matter how large or bizarre (cast iron mangle, stone font, solid slate water feature .... ) was carefully moved regardless of how heavy or awkward it was. On completion day they started unpacking before we even arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they used great initiative, intelligence and humour to execute a seamless move. We are both 73 and moving was going to be an enormous challenge, the packing service provided was fabulous and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Many thanks!

Our move went seamlessly from the initial visit from Gordon giving us a very reasonable quote to the move day with Taylor and Conran.
Everything was handled with a professional and friendly attitude which was just what we needed to take the stress out of the move.

From the very first contact with Gordon and the team, to the actual move, I experienced a first class service from All Move UK and I wasn't disappointed. Taylor, Shawn and Gary were fantastic throughout the process, not forgetting the lovely Mollie-Ann. My move from London was a 2 day move which was very well accommodated by the team. The price was good too, in fact it was excellent and saved me so much money, which is not to be scoffed at when your already paying out so much money for the other aspects of the move. Not only that, the guys are integral in their dealings and I would 100% recommend them. I'm not planning to move again but should I change my mind in the future, I know who I'll trust with my possessions.

Fantastic team! From getting booked in, to the actual day! We moved out and in on the same day and the team were fantastic. Van turned up on time, seamless loading, were patient waiting to get the keys to next property and then seamless unloading.
