Fantastic service and would definitely recommend. The two guys arrived on time, took good care loading our home contents and taking them to our new place where they efficiently placed everything in the rooms we wanted. Very hard working and helpful guys. Thank you.

They were friendly and efficient from the day they quoted us.
Really easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions.
On the day of the move they were on time, really friendly and took care of our belongings and no nasty surprise.
Nothing was broken and everything was moved to where we wanted.

The workers were very helpful when we moved home. There was a problem with one of my televisions that was damaged by the company. I brought it to the attention of one of the staff who took photos of the damage. He came back to me after getting in touch with his office. They said they had been on ebay and looked up the tv that was broken. And offered me £220. I looked up a like for like tv and it was priced at £299 pounds. I telephoned them to say that I should not be out of pocket, to which I was told the insurance they have is only like for like and not new for old. Before taking on the removal company make sure you read their small print because you could be out of pocket in the end. I ended up £80 out of pocket through no fault of my own.

I have just received a reply from All Moves stating that the damage was caused by temperature whilst it was in storage. You should of made sure items were kept at the correct temperature in the first place there would of not been any damage done to the item. The Television did not work after. It was broken and had to be replaced.

With a previous move we have hired our own van and roped in family and friends to chuckle brothers our way to moving house. On this occasion with much more boxes and furniture to move and a much tighter timescale we sought the help of All Moves UK and I cannot recommend them enough! The 3 lads worked non stop, carefully loading our possessions onto the van, only stopping for refreshments and class banter! They were considerate and made the day run as smoothly as I think it could have possibly gone. Fragile items were protected and everything was handled really carefully. I cannot fault the service or price - from the quotation visit to the final box being offloaded. Thanks all!

All Moves were fantastic! They made the day so smooth and painless. We thought it would be super stressful, but they made it so easy and the service they provided was great. All the guys involved were incredibly professional and polite, and they went above and beyond with everything they did. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to move house!

From the initial visit to price up the move, to the team and their care and professionalism, I would say that All Moves was the best experience I've had. Having moved way too many times in the last ten years for my job, with a family in tow, that says something.

They only had a week's notice and nailed it. These are the sort of people you don't just trust with your precious stuff, but you'd like to go out for a drink with them afterwards.

What was good? Well, they turned up when they said they would, the guvnor of the team was confident and well organised, nothing was damaged or lost, they were thorough and careful, they actually unpacked half the stuff a day early to make sure I'd have a mattress to sleep on, they were clearly interested in making sure the job was done right.

10/10 would use them again without hesitation.

PS They came in 500 quid cheaper than the competition too.

Genuinely can’t recommend this company enough. Fantastic communication, flexibility, availability, the priceless option of a packing service AND everything delivered safely. Use these guys, you won’t regret it!

Sean and Phil (?) helped me move from Nottingham to London and it has been a fantastic experience.

They managed to load a one bed flat's worth of stuff in about 30 mins.

Then at my new destination, with 4 very long, narrow and windy stairs, they managed to move everything in about 45 minutes despite having to park their van far away. I'd also like to add that, even though they've just carried luggages that could be up to 20kg all the way up, they took the care to ask me which room I'd like it to be placed in!

They have also been very clear with communication, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire time.

I will definitely use their service again and I can't thank them enough!

We did a big move from a 4 bed house to a small 2 bed house near the sea. The load was not easy and took 7 hours due to the walk to the van but Neil Cheryl and the team were amazing. I can not stress enough how hard they worked they were amazing. The next day they had to bring our furniture to our new house down a little lane. Again a wonderful experience the whole of the 40foot lorry was offloaded in two hours.

I would certainly recommend to anyone they were truly amazing.

Moving at relatively short notice the biggest benefit of All Moves was their availability - their price was second cheapest of 5 quotes. Packing and loading was done in 2 days. Crew were polite and worked hard.

Unloading was slightly less professional. A number of items were broken or damaged but what really annoyed us was the attempts to hide the damage. We became really angry when we found and reported the damage that company refused liability because we hadn’t reported it within 7 days - the small print was well hidden, rather like the damage.

We spent some time discussing and asking for management input, which was ignored.

When we went to return the boxes we specifically asked to know the count back in, but were fobbed off. Once again, we were naive as the company arbitrarily assigned a number we were sure was far below what had been returned.

Once again, no management we’re willing to engage.

So, relatively cheap and available, but presumably for a reason.

From start to finish my experience with this company absolutely outstanding.For what I paid it was money well spent.These guys go above and beyond.All my belongings were very well packed, beds taken down and assembled at my new place ,washing machine dishwasher disconnected and reconnected. Very quick and efficient guys in the blink of an eye my old place was empty.Very very hard working men .From what I thought was going to be a very stressful day was helped by all moves service, friendliness, lots of banter, these guys are real grafters,they took away all my stress.Would I recommend this company most definitely,I have already spoke to a lot of people about this company.Before I end I just want to say a great big thank you to all involved in my move .

I recently moved home and used All moves uk. That was the best thing I did. I would recommend to anyone. Taylor,Sean and Cheryl were above excellent. They were very polite,friendly and very hard workers. I could not of got a better team. So many thanks Taylor,Sean and Cheryl

Terrible care of neighbouring properties from this company.
Caused severe damage to a tree.
The foreman was incredibly rude but did say he would come back to take down and remove the branch.
When I phoned the company they denied this. And we are left to deal with the damage.
If they show this lack of care when driving I hate to think what state house removals reach their destination in.

Insisted on a video call to confirm a price then didn't call at the pre-arranged time nor send an apology for missing it. Finally quoted after I'd done a full inventory myself but their offered price is outrageously high, and they were unable to detail what is included (to justify) the price. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Our first interactions with this company were positive with a professional approach and responding to our needs. After significant complications with solicitors our original house move was cancelled within 48 hours of the due date and as such cancellation charges were due and paid. We then had regular contact in preparation for our new move date, whilst I understand the housing market is significantly busy, we have been severely let down for our planned second move, a number of promises were made and not delivered, lost our paperwork (or it was not being retained correctly in line with Data Regulations) and as such we have not go packing/removal service for our impending move. No apology given and basically a "Tough Luck" approach has been provided.

I'm a "bad mover" but AllMoves is not. They're friendly, confident and approachable while still being professional and quick. I've engaged AllMovesUk twice and would do so again.

Excellent and friendly service. Helped me move and keep my possessions in storage. Placed everything where we asked them to be placed and got on with the job without issue.

I am able to fully commend this company. Moving house is a stressful time and our situation was doubly difficult as i was moving out of my house and my daughter was moving our of her house and we were moving into a house with a narrow driveway with overhanging trees.
Nothing was a problem for the team of 6! They worked solidly the whole day and remained positive throughout! If you need someone to help you move - try this company!!
