Brilliant experience, only company to help me solve a ride on mower part issue. Fast, efficient, mega helpful and courteous....what a change from today's consistent lack of enthusiasm.

I ordered a part for my husbands petrol lawnmower and I received good service.
The original email confirmed my order and stated that is I hadn’t received the part within 4 working days, to contact them.
I emailed in the early afternoon and received an email from them not long after confirming the delivery status.
Received the part the next day
Will definitely use this company again

Great service from Ben at All Mower Parts. Helped me identify the part I needed for an old ride-on mower from a few photos. Part in stock and will be with me in a couple of days. Recommend this supplier.

Ordered a part for a ride on mower, from this company, unfortunately the said part failed. Not the fault of the shop by any means but Ben in the customer service team was quick to respond and rectify the issue with the manufacturer.

I had a relatively obscure technical question on an aged Husqvarna machine which was immediately addressed with a complete and specific answer. This was refreshing, courteous and effective. Much impressed.

Order new blades for ride on mower, never received confirmation or any delivery details! Emailed them 10 days after order as hadn’t received, got back to say royal messed up and would receive with 48hrs. It eventually turned up 4 days later after that! Will not use again poor customer service
