I had been trying for a few weeks to find a replacement ignition for my Rally ride on mower without success. I found All Mower Parts and emailed my enquiry. I received a reply from Ben at All Mower Parts detailing the part required along with a photo. I had a couple of further enquiries before placing an order. Ben came back to me with the answers to my queries. All Mower Parts (Ben) have been really helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I sent them an enquiry about a small low cost part and they dealt with it speedily and intelligently. I was directed to the correct part for my mower in a polite a friendly manner, within an hour of sending the enquiry, and their price was better than all the competition out there on the net. Really impressed and recommend them 100%.

I ordered a battery charger for my Mountfield ride-on mower 1636H, and the first one I received was faulty - Ben organised a replacement immediately and the mower is now working perfectly. Excellent service and I shall buy from AMP again.

I ordered a lower arm for my mower, but I rdered the wrong part. I contacted them via phone and explained what had happened. They couldn't do enough to get the correct part out for the next working day. Great service

Ordering the part I needed was very straight forward. Delivery was very swift. Sadly I received the wrong part - a 43cm mower blade instead of the 34 cm I had ordered. Given past experiences with online companies I was not looking forward to sorting this out on line! I need not have worried, instant positive response to my email. New part despatched without demure. Collection of the other blade via their GPO returns app could not have been easier. Even in the best of companies small errors happen. Seldom does one receive such excellent customer service. Very well done all mower parts. Thank you very much.

I had a mixed experience with AMP. Their customer service can be excellent—quick replacements and hassle-free refunds stand out. However, communication on delivery delays could improve, as there were instances of unanswered queries. Overall, while there’s room for improvement, they seem reliable in resolving issues. A solid option for mower parts!

Looking for a lower loop handle for my lawn mower. Not sure of the part number so emailed for advice. Fast response to my email and with a photo of the mower's label plate, they found the required handle. Great service and expert advice from a customer focussed business.
