after reading some of the reviews i realise i have made a massive mistake..parts have been on order for months now (4) and all i get is push back on delivery date constant emails with no result so i guess i will cut my losses and move on ..word of advice .. never use this bunch of incompitent scammers.

Thieves and scammers, ordered a part, then advised not in stock , will not refund money . 2 months and heaps of emails no money ,
Scammers and frauds don't deal with them

They take your money, your order gets moved every month to a new date. When you figure out it is a scam and try for a refund they will ignore your request hoping you will go away. Check all reviews do not use this company. Ordered parts in December still no parts March . Still no refund.;((

Anyone ever followed through with legal proceedings towards this company, it is criminal the way they take money and not deliver nor refund or respond. I have email A Current Affair to investigate, it’s been going on far too long. Hopefully they will come through for us all. If anyone else would be willing to send a complaint to A Current Affair they might be more willing to open an investigation. Seems all other legal avenues have not succeeded in dealing with this company.

Failed to supply a part, then failed to refund my deposit. Had to involve NSW Fair Trading by using their online complaints form, which I recommend.

Item appeared on website as in stock, technical support very good in confirming correct part number, item ordered, courier reported instructions received, but then nothing. Two follow ups with courier who advised they did not receive item, three follow ups with AMS who blamed first supply chain, then courier. After two months i cancelled the order. Lucky I paid by PayPal.

I have been using this company for several years and they have always been helpful, reliable and prompt with despatch. Being remote, this is important to us.

Ordered a part in October and still nothing. I had to contact them to chase it. They say the order delayed and push the delivery date out a month. This cycle just continues. IT IS A SCAM.

When I call them, there is a polite message, however they never get back to me.
When I email ,they ask for my order number and my bank account details yet again, however they don't resolve the matter.
When I leave them a review to warn others of my experience, they leave a polite reply and apologies, however they don't resolve the matter.

If you get the runaround like we have, go to your bank
and open a dispute for items not received and bank will refund your money. We bought four Victa Thunder clutch cables but they have not supplied and do not respond to emails. Opening dispute with our bank for refund of the transaction.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do not deal with this company, they're criminals. They take your money and don't send out the goods you've ordered.

There's no help for them,just the biggest SCAMMERS

Took money, has not shipped by ship date, zero communication.

Put an order in with them in July, through their website, as that's the only way to communicate with them. ( Dodgy! )

Asked for a full refund a month ago, nothing
Even after threatening legal action, ( which I'm in the process of ) still nothing .
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!!!

Same story as many of their other victims.
Paid for parts off their website.
No Parts.
No refund.
Simple theft.
Lesson learned.
Always check who you're dealing with BEFORE handing over money. A quick search would have found this mob in the NSW Fair Trading complaints register top ten.

Sells spare parts that don’t exist. Plays a huge delay game with you for months and on returns your money once you get the authorities involved

This company feels like some sort of Ponzi scheme where people are lured in by the promise of spare parts that don’t exist with delay and delay and refusal of a refund I guess until people give up. Amazing how they make this business model work.

I ordered parts from this company 8 April 22 to use while visiting my land in Tasmania. I had hoped to get order before I left at end of April. Order not delivered until 31 May as parts not in stock. I was not able to return to Tassie until early October. When I opened parcel, I noticed one part was not what I had ordered. I sent an email to All Mower Spares early Oct. I got a reply asking for information that I had already sent them, i.e. invoice details and photo of part (delaying tactic?). I had no reply so I sent a reminder about a month later (early Nov). I still have no reply. The only email I have received from them is an advertising email calling me a "valued customer". Obviously, I am not valued. Avoid this firm like the plague. They seem to not have the advertised items in stock and their customer service is abysmal.
