Could improve but alright service
Ordered a puppy box for my Labrador ( age 3 ) and when it arrived, I found to my disbelief, what looked like a sizzled cockroach right on top of the food my dog was due to be eating! Thankfully managed to get a refund, but when I ordered it again a little while later I opened the box and saw that the food was a little off but it seemed my Labrador seemed to enjoy it so oh well

I recently purchased dog treats from this company, and unfortunately, due to the hot weather, they got spoiled. I reached out to their customer service, and they exceeded all my expectations! They immediately sent out a new pack and offered me a full refund within just one day – truly impressive. Customer service doesn’t get better than this! Plus, my dog absolutely loves their dried beef liver treats. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I had problems with my delivery I never recieved it I contacted all natural the customer service was excellent the lady who dealt with the issue was excellent she reordered my order within minutes and got it sent out again I received it the next day my dog was happy and I was happy can't fault the company at all will definitely still use all natural again its the delivery company evri that was at fault here all natural have put on my acc to use a different courier service for future orders

Awesome service, products are of superb quality & reasonably priced. If i have had a query it has been dealt with straight away, i would highly recommend this company for high quality dog treat, training treats, vitamins, probiotics, for your fur babies. I have been getting dog treats for at least 18 months from here, and i will definitely be getting more , as my last order arrived on Friday.

Couldn't be happier with the service!
I received a message from the courier saying the package had been destroyed in transit,and to to contact the seller.Within minutes of doing so,they had emailed me back,sent me out a new package with a different courier.The package arrived the next day,and contained a free treat for my pup to apologise for the delay,so impressed!
