We have been using Boxmart for approx 8 years and recently had a terrible experience where an order we had for M&S for kits we make using boxes supplied by Boxmart. Every single box arrived with broken interiors despite the inner and outer shipping boxes showing zero sign of damage. When we raised the issue with Boxmart they refused to compensate us for the damage caused. When I emailed Calum to share my disappointment he didn't even bother to reply to me. The box wasn't fit for purpose and we have suffered a loss of sales and damage to our business reputation.
UPDATE in response to Calum's reply. If you cared Calum you would call me to resolve not just tick box reply on Trustpilot. My email was sent on 9th May at 17.54.

We’d like to offer some context regarding the concerns raised. The issue was first reported to us approximately 10 months after the original delivery. Following a thorough investigation, we confirmed that the order was produced in line with the approved samples, quotations, and order acknowledgements. The reported issue relates to damage sustained during transit.
Please note that BoxMart does not supply the external transit outers used to protect your products during shipping. That said, we would be more than happy to supply suitable protective outer packaging for future orders if required, this is something we regularly support clients with and have extensive experience in.

Quality packaging and really great service! I’ve mainly dealt with Kerry for boxes for my new small business and she has been so patient and helpful whilst i figured out what i needed! Great boxes, keep the packaging minimal
I bought these boxes so I could send my etsy orders for fragile tree decorations in the large letter option by Royal Mail. The boxes are sturdy and good quality and make lovely parcels. If you are posting these with no extra packaging they do fit the Royal Mail large letter sizing requirements but it may be helpful to note that adding extra packaging however minimal - I added a receipt and small flyer within a courier bag then they may no longer fit the required guidelines , it may also be worth trimming any excess away from the box when made up to eg in this case on the underside of the box

First of all, I'm so sorry that your post office wouldn't send these as a large letter. The maximum depth of a large letter box is 25mm - we've just re-measured the boxes with a digital gauge and they measure 24.7mm including the flaps you mention which is within the requirements. We've also tested with an official Royal Mail measuring slot and they pass through without issue.
