My boxes arrived a few days late without the lids. I was told they'll be sent out today and I've received no info. Very dissatisfied service

Hello Hanah. Thanks so much for being in touch yesterday about your missing lids – as discussed, it appears they became separated in transit, which we do apologise for. As agreed we sent out replacement lids immediately - you'll have received tracking for these which will provide you with information about when you can expect them.
With regards to the delayed initial delivery, I see from the tracking the couriers attempted delivery twice with tracking updates sent, and then immediately upon hearing from you we happily added in a safe place with the courier so they were able to leave them for you the next working day.
We very much appreciate your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Very occasionally things don't go to according to plan (despite all efforts otherwise!) - please be assured that in these rare occurrences we'll always do everything we can to put things right.

Sub standard goods, very poor quality versus the cost
The card voucher wallets are not as good quality as the ones you used to sell in early 2022.
You have changed your paper envelopes that go with the voucher wallets and these are really poor quality. The new ones are like a card envelope, very flimsy and don’t stick you have to sellotape them shut.
Clearly cutting costs with sub standard goods.
After being a customer for over 10 years I am now looking at other companies and options

As per the revised photos on our website, we have changed the style of these recently to top opening from a side opening which we felt created a more gift like experience. I can reassure you this wasn't a cost driven decision.
We'll review our stocks immediately, as as I say, we will be in touch regarding your order.
UPDATE: Hi Rebecca, further to our email conversation we have refunded you for the envelopes, which we now understand were being used with added ribbon, the bulk of which was making it hard to seal.
We have tested the envelopes, which work very well when used with just the voucher envelopes, with good adhesion and a neat finish - but we do understand your frustration with the change of style given how you have used these historically. I have sent you the dimensions of the envelopes we used previously so you can source something that suits your requirements, which I hope is a help. My apologies for the inconvenience this change has caused you. Please do reach out by email at any time, I'll be pleased to help.

Advert on website was misleading and I ordered ribbons without boxes. When I returned I was charged a £7 admin fee and also had to pay for return. I won’t ever be ordering from here again.

The product you ordered is named "pre-tied bow", and the description does state boxes are supplied separately. In light of the mix up though we have updated the product name to ensure this is much clearer.
