Absolutely useless. Had a pre booked cab & didn’t show up. When called was told was running late then told it wasn’t booked. Full of lies & god awful service. This is the second time in the space of a week. DO NOT USE ALL NIGHT CARS DARTFORD

This company for the last few years are faultless. Fantastic drivers, call staff and prompt service. Its the best around.

I booked a taxi for 1115 pm from Dartford stone lodge bowls and social club on Friday 29th May 2026. I received at text at 1107 pm to let me know that my taxi is on its way. The taxi driver attempted to call me a 11 11 pm . I did not hear my phone. I was on my way out to find the taxi at this point. Immediately a message arrived to let me know that the driver could not find me and my taxi had been cancelled. I was outside the building looking for the taxi. Finally, I saw the taxi and it was 1113 pm. The taxi driver asked me ‘ Are you Marie ? Are you going to my address …? I said yes . He said I tried to call you but you did not answer in an abrupt manner. I said I was not late as it was 11 13pm. My taxi was booked for 1115 pm . He told me ‘Get in the car ‘ in an abrupt manner . I did get in the car and went home but the whole experience was very off putting.
I have used All night Cars previously without any problem. This is the first time that I have encountered that kind of attitude.

I called on 18th of May at about 9am seeking a cab to go the hospital. I was told it was a 30 minute wait and I asked a question that can I cancel if I get an earler option next thing the lady was yelling at me and dropped the phone. I called again 26th of May to get a quote only to be told I am banned. Not that I care because their service is really crappy. All night cars you need to do much better

They usually arrive within 10 minutes, the drivers were very nice. When, today, I left my shopping in the car, the driver so kindly returned it to me. Their rates are reasonable and its easy to get through on the phone to order the cab.

Awful awful service. Drops you dead last minute. Booked an early the day before, confirmed. 10 mins before pick up got a “see you next time! We cancelled” phoned and the said yeah, better luck next time. Rude and abusive. All nights, if you have got a better fare…. Just say! Everyone else, JUST USE UBER! It’s cheaper, they’re nicer drivers and so much more reliant. I knew there was a reason I didn’t use them for 6 years…

Absolutely terrible service ! Should be less than 1 star!
I booked a cab for 8.15am as I had an elderly parent with an early hospital appointment - it didn’t turn up!
I phoned & was dismissively told there were no cars available as it was school time so I’d have to wait for some miscellaneous amount of time until they could find one to send (presumably after school time!)
I explained I had booked 5 days ahead exactly because I wanted it at school time & was told that “WE NEVER GUARANTEE OUR CARS WILL BE ON TIME” !!! 🤯
I had an email confirming the booking - no mention was made if this
I was told if I wanted to book a specific time I should phone not use the app or web site but neither tell you this so clearly this was just a rubbish excuse from a rude employee who simply didn’t give a damn 😡
I phoned ASAP cars & they sent someone straight away - school time clearly not a problem for them
I will never use All Nights again not just because they failed to turn up but because of the attitude of the staff, their clear disregard of bookings & total disrespect of customers.

I caught a cab home tonight from the office, the cab driver was so rude! When I got in the cab he asked me where I was going, so I told him, his reply was urh??? In a rude manner, not Pardon, I told him again. I thought to myself just let it go and not answer back.
when I got to my house he did not even Tell me the price of the ride, I Gave him £10 he gave me my change as I was checking it he snapped at me ‘hurry up and get out of my car!’ I said pardon? He snapped again, get out of my car there’s another car in front. I explained to him that I was checking my change as he had not told me the price of the ride and I asked him not to be rude. I released my seatbelt and opened the door to get out he then drove his car fast forward, I was so scared, I thought I was going to fall out of his car. He then snapped at me ‘Count your change when you get out’
Why do Allnight cars employ such rude horrible people?

Rang and asked for a specific driver a day in advance due to previous negative experiences. A different driver turned up 10 minutes early, rolled down the window and proceeded to shout at me. I am on crutches. No amount of shouting will make me walk faster. Got in the car, driver continues to shout at me and not to understand English. I ask to be let out of the car. I rang the Controller who starts shouting at me. Do not be fooled by the ring us messages, if you are disabled or female, my advice do not use this company.

We pre-booked two journeys with All Night Cars for a night out.
The pick up at 7pm was faultless. However the scheduled midnight pick up was a disaster and we were left stranded. The first taxi didn’t arrive, on calling we were told as we didn’t pick up a call at 23:58 the driver had cancelled the pick up; the second taxi also didn’t arrive; on calling the office we were told by the operator that the driver had done another pick up and wouldn’t be coming and they would get another driver to us; when questioning whether this third driver would definitely be coming the operator accused us of not listening and cancelled the pick up entirely leaving us totally stranded.
Despite a further call he then refused to honour the booked collection citing our attitude, ignoring the fact that we had pre-booked their service and two of their drivers had not turned up so to question whether someone was actually coming was not unreasonable.
We were left stranded and had to make our own way home at 1am.

Absolutely terrible!! Taxi was booked to pick up an elderly couple in their 80s from a local group. Couple was waiting for 10-15 minutes. Gone past time they had asked to be picked up. Rang company who said they had turned up to the venue but no one was waiting so they left. This could not of been true due to them waiting outside the whole time!! When called back to ask if they could send another they hung up on us twice before just simply sending us to voicemail!! Ended up booking the elderly couple an uber!! DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE

What a rude guy Kingsley was , I could deal with his unprofessional attitude, but the guy didn't know where he was or how to use Google maps. He couldn't drive very safely. The guy was a complete joke .

Avoid all nights there, hopless and rude to customers. Overpriced with bad service.

Horrendous!

Booked a cab last night through All night cars (job went through to Crawford express cabs) for 7:50am this morning and after it being 20 mins late I rang to ask where it was. A gentleman told me it would be with me shortly and they had prioritised my booking.

20 mins later and it's still not here. I ring again to be told (by a different person) the the first person shouldn't have told me what he did and that the booking hasn't even been given to a driver yet due to school run.

Why was my booking taken if there wasn't enough drivers to honour it and could someone not ring me to apologise so I could have booked with a different company.

Awful service and will not be using again. Booked with Swanscombe cars instead and they could not have been and nicer and accommodating. Sort it out All nights and Crawford express not acceptable!

I’ve used Allnight for years and never had any problems. In fact, I am on a priority list (due to health reasons) and if I require a car immediately, one is always dispatched and arrives within a few minutes. The drivers always seem to be polite and helpful.

Tried to inquire about regular booking Said we are fully booked in the morning. Asked to for a taxi to Bluewater . The controller booked it for Sunday evening. Called back to say I want it as soon as. The controller said ‘you are rude’.
Clearly they are flush with funds from Council money which is really the tax payers money. I would like to put in a freedom of information request to the council to find out how much they are paid for school runs every morning .
Can they not replace the controllers with an automated system and take out the human factor ?
Have tried to contact James the manager . He is like Scarlet Pimpernel

Absolutely ridiculous service! Booked the night before for them to still arrive 45 minutes late!! Absolutely rubbish! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I made a booking the previous day on the app for 7:50 AM to drop off my child at school at 8:20 at the latest. After calling them the car finally arrived at 8:30 AM.
As a result of this:
•I had to call the school so my child wouldn't receive detention.
•They charged me full amount
•On the invoice the waiting time is 0 minutes.

What I don't understand is why they take bookings if they are not able to cover them. This is not the first time that I have had issues with them, on a different occasion I had to cancel the order.

Despite being a regular customer for many years, had recent problems with All Night drivers not taking pets in a solid bottomed carrier (no chance of soiling the taxi)and insisting they go in the boot (unrestrained). This is despite pre-booking and stating that the driver be informed that a pet is to be carried in the passenger compartment. I even emailed the Manager who agreed that this should not be happening and if drivers did not want to take pets they should not accept the booking.
Update: Despite contact from the owner requesting that I provide further details, I have not had any further response. They obviously do not care about regular customers.

Awful customer service & staff taking calls should be investigated. Better to use Uber or bolt
