I got a£100 just eat voucher for my granddaughter when she went on to her account to add it it didn't go on after trying to ring the number given for customer service and it giving you a recorded message then it ending the call she got no where. Tried email and after a few days they said it had gone on a guest account and they would send her a voucher for the value for the amount all she needed to do was put in the code at the checkout. Easy no when she did this it wouldn't except the code again after emailing them they tell her they can't do anymore because they if it doesnt work it because she has used apple pay or something before. But the app said the voucher code wasn't long enough it can't be used. So they've made £100 what a rip off Just eat thanks for spoiling a gift.

They don't want to refund for order that had never arrived.They are lying that driver was at the place ,not true.
Avoid them,they are the worst company

The drivers are OK, its the company thats discusting! My orders are wrong or certain items dont arrive and they refuse to give me a refund and take people's money that they work hard for!
Im never using this again and hope they go under and everyone stops using them!

Another delivery went astray but this time the partner gave me their Just Eat's Customer Service contact info. This contact was polite and helpful and arranged a refund. He also advised me to report the matter to Just Eat's Privacy Customer Service team.

I did but just got a standard Chat message that I'd got the refund and chat rudely ended while I was typing. What I was typing was that the agent should report the matter to Just Eat's Data Protection Officer (think about it; it took me a while to work out the potential problem). Their partner may want to consult their DPO too.

Purchased item on just eat and as soon as the delivery driver left and i came inside i noticed the business where i ordered from has sent me the wrong item so ran outside to see if delivery driver was still outside unfortunately he was long gone so contacted just eat and after waiting few days or so just eat has let me down by their lack of support and contact i have now deleted me account with just eat and will now be opening a dispute with me bank how a employee can’t tell the difference between king size and super kings is a joke i would not recommend just eat and co op I have installed deliveroo and uber eats for future purchases

Had a McDonalds order delivered at 11am time or food was not a problem but the delivery driver was .
I live downs stairs flat of a two story building . I also have mobility issues I heard the buzzer for the main front door so I answered I can see a just eat deliver driver standing at the main front door so I say hello x10 no answer so after getting fed up with not being answered I struggle to the front main door I asked the driver if he heard me and he said yes I ask why didn’t you answer me to be told he isn’t allowed in flats demanding my code shoved my food at me and walked off. I did contact just eat but over a day later and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

Thursday 7/8/25 ordered a subway breakfast for 2 it didn't arrive took me over half an hour to negotiate my way round site and get a refund however refund was almost instant
Yesterday 8/8/25 decided to treat ourselves to macdonald tea with putting the refund towards the £30.18 lots of extra charges however it didn't arrive
Then we got a phone call from a kind delivery guy asking where we were as my account was giving the wrong address one that was never ever used by me fed up with waiting my boyfriend had gone to replace the order in person while he was gone(without his phone)
The delivery driver said I couldn't cancel the order as he had picked it up and was happy to bring it which he did saying I couldn't decline this order or ask for a refund as he was bringing it
He delivered my boyfriend repurchased
So that order was cheaper £21 something
That supper cost 50somthing quid because it was impossible to negotiate the Web site to change the address and get the original order delivered to the correct address where my foods have been delivered to for the past 10 years or more

Never ordering from them again - order didn't arrive driver marked as complete when it wasn't and still not money returned even though the take away called them and let them know the driver refused to lift and then marked it as complete - shocking service avoid avoid avoid

Ordered groceries twice this week. First time never turned up but said delivered. They cancelled and refunded that one. Decided to give them another chance today exact same thing happened , although no one is responding to me. Paid out for the shopping and no delivery absolutely disgusting . Do not use .

I ordered for a caravan park and paid. When I rang the restaurant to give them accurate directions it started to get messy so I agreed to pick it up instead. I have been on the 'Just Eat' website to get my delivery charge refunded but its impossible. I might have well gone onto the B & Q website. So that's it. No more orders using these shysters.

Do not order from Just Eat. Service appalling. Recently paid £30 for them not to turn up and blatantly lie. Did I get a refund - no? Have they responded to my complaint email - no. Do not use!!

Order wasn’t picked up on time and was not delivered until 11pm, the food was lukewarm.

Pathetic service , order twice in one day , both the times they lied that rider tried to call or rider was there but no one was there , they took the money saying that food is delivered and probably rider eat it all.
Just eat should work on the quality of rider.

Took my order failed to deliver when I queried with shop said had no drivers available and wouldn’t be getting it, then said it had been delivered and took my money…. Absolutely useless and this wasn’t the first time. Luckily paid via PayPal Who refunded me

I will not be using just eat again. Two orders refused a refund. 1st order I had mouldy tomatoes. I requested a refund and sent photo evidence and they came back saying their original decision was correct and I won’t get a refund. Tonight, I thought I’d give it another go as the refund problem may have been a one off, it wasn’t! I had 2 items missing, I requested a refund and same thing. It was refused. Things don’t get delivered and they keep your money. Awful customer service! I am deleting the app and using u er eats instead.

Who wants to buy from a company illegally employee migrant workers who are earning up to 1k a week.

I just ordered my max burger in hamburg and it never arrived … no details about a possible refund !!!! i ask for a refund !

Oh, I see they are famous of not satisfying the customer.
My daughter made an order , and half the order didn't arrive. Refund for the missing items was denied and it wasn't a fiver's worth of things, it was £50 . I have to add she isn't working, but a full time student.
All the communication is being ignored now , but we will escalate it further, that is rather an unfair business tactic.
