ALLOY loses Loyal Customer as of today!!!

I have been buying from Alloy for the past 10 years. Like I feel personally hurt by this, because I have always depended on there great customer service and products. They have been exceptional over the years, I dont know what has happened with the company for this to happen. I have tried my hardest to blame the postal service, blame UPS...and they have all pointed their fingers at ALLOY. ALLOY, what kind of business contract did you make by having packages sent UPS SurePost service, that they can completely make a package disappear, and I never see it? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I ordered on August 12th 2015...it was received and scanned for departure (delivery to me) in Chula Vista, CA on August 19th 2015. Whatever middle man, UPS SurePost is...they suck, this contract needs to be terminated because it has now been over a month and I still haven't received my package. UPS SurePost has failed to live up to their service and has no customer service relation skills, there isn't even a number to directly call them about my package, I've had to talk to outside call center individuals who dont speak English well. This issue makes ALLOY look bad. I'm highly upset about not receiving this package because if I do get credited for the items I purchased, 8 out the 9 items are no longer available in my size or color. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ALLOY!!!! NOT HAPPY!!

After the package was live scanned (August 19th 2015) at the Chula Vista location of UPS, it has remained under "Transferred to Local Post Office" for over a month. There is no record of it being delivered or received on the USPS side. So either the package was taken (someone stole it) or it is still sitting around in an office (UPS) or truck (UPS). How is UPS SurePost ensuring that mail service is done right, when this happens????

I wont be ordering from ALLOY any longer. Im pretty upset about it, because I loved ALLOY. ALLOY please fix this, please.

BEWARE..Alloy Apparel STOLE my money

I had been getting the catalog for years and finally
tried to place an online order. I submitted my order and received an message that read something like "there was an error and order was not placed", so I tried again and got the same message. The next day there were two charges on my accounts, one $5 more than the other. I went to Alloy website which said I had NO orders on file. I called customer service and was told that there was not an order placed but the charges went through and they would refund in 10-15 days. She never asked if I wanted to place an order since they already had my money, which I found extremely suspicious, I wonder how many other people this happened to. I said that didn't work for me and I wanted to talk to a supervisor, she said she would transfer me and hung up on me. I called back and told my story again and was told a refund would issued in 5 days, then I realized it was the same girl. I then asked for a supervisor and not to hang up on me. She said was no supervisors there, so I asked where they were and she said they were all in a meeting. I told her to take down my name and number and put in one of the supervisor's hand as soon as they came out of the "meeting". I am still waiting on someone to call me back. I should have read reviews first but I am just dumbfounded, they basically STOLE my money. After reading these reviews, I have no faith that they intend to rectify this issue. I am just going to dispute charges with my bank.

Worst customer service

Alloy has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with! You can barely understand what the representatives are saying, whether it's because of their accent or because they mumble. I was having trouble placing an order and not one person was able to help me. I was given different phone numbers to call, I was hung up on 3 times, and then I was flat out told that they couldn't help me. After my 15th phone call (yes I know I'm foolish), I finally gave up. So after 15 phone calls and 2 emails (which were never answered), I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. It's a shame because I do like their jeans, but dealing with Alloy is too much of a headache.

Horrible customer service

I purchased a gift card. I made 8 calls to the company.
I never got the card and they won't refund my account. They also won't let me speak to a supervisor. They keep saying the card will be here in two days. That was almost a month ago. The card they said they shipped did not have a tracking number on it. Something fishy is going on with this company!

low inventory, shipping is too high, customer service sucks

I love the jeans they have but the quality of their tops and dresses is terrible. $14 for shipping to me and $7-$14 to return the item if it does not fit or I do not like.
The constant email specials with codes that never work and you cannot combine shipping with percent off deals. You call and try to get help and they act less than thrilled to speak to you.
No response to emails or social media.

Don't waste your time!!!!

I have been ordering from Alloyapparel.com for years... Usually without any problems! In 2014, I didn't receive a package (for whatever reason) and I was issued a refund. I've made several purchases since then without any problems. Now, in 2015 I placed 2 orders, July 3rd and July 10th. Both of which I have yet to receive. I called on more than one occasion to inquire about my packages... but was given the run around. I was initially told to call back on the 10th business day. When I did that, I was then told that actually needed to call back on the 11th business day which was after the weekend. I called back on the 15th business day... and NO ONE could tell me where my packages were. I was issued two PSEUDO tracking numbers via email and a DEAD link on their website. NO information whatsoever was available to me or them for that matter. I was satisfied with just being issued a replacement. But, whilst disputing one order (July 3rd), I was informed about a company policy which states I can not have more than 2 refunds in a LIFETIME and any future order will be at my own risk. When I heard that... I no longer wanted a replacement... JUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!! So... no refund for July 10th After JOANN (their Representative) told me that she "sees" the July 3rd package was UNDELIVERABLE. SO THAT CLEARLY MEANS THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT AND IT WAS NEVER IN MY POSSESION. NOW.... How is that Fair to me? It's NOT Fair! I am not trying to be fraudulent. It's not like the tracking information said DELIVERED!!!

Don't order anything on back order!

Ordered a pair of pants on June 23 that were on backorder until July 1st. A few days after the 1st when I realized I still had no shipment confirmation, I sent an email to customer service. I was advised the backorder was extended until July 17. So I wait until after July 17 and still no shipment confirmation. I call customer service this time, I'm advised backorder has once again been pushed back to August 17! So....a pair of pants I wanted in June, waited until July, has now become MAYBE August 7 due to the "manufacturer". HORRIBLE! Then customer service rep tells me any item not on backorder will of course be shipped in a timely manner. How about this Alloy...don't offer items for sale until they are maybe in stock! Then neither I or you would have this problem.

Horrific Customer Service!

I have placed several orders with Alloy over the years and over time, I've experienced issue after issue! The quality of most items are sub par, however, I am tall and have been unable to locate 37' inseam pants anywhere else. In the past, they've said that an order was sent and delivered, yet I never received it; as well as noted a blazer on packing list that was not in my package! Each time, they replaced the items after a bit of a back and forth. Today, I received two orders that I placed last week (after having issues with placing the first order and being charged shipping that was to be free according to their promo) and what do you know, the denim jacket that I ordered is on my packing list, yet not in the package! I called and politely explained that I had been charged for a jacket that I hadn't received. Initially, I was advised that a replacement jacket would be sent, but then the rep advised me that they had replaced two orders/items previously and according to their policy, they would be unable to replace my jacket! I immediately requested a supervisor as I shouldn't be penalized for their mistakes! The "supervisor" Kacey then quoted the same "policy" as the previous representative. I then requested to speak to her "boss" Kelsey, who reiterated the same "policy" and hung up on me! Who on earth will be willing to pay for an item that they didn't receive?! If your company messes up 8 times, you correct the problem 8 times! I called back and Kacey advised that Kelsey said that I hung up, and that Kelsey is now on a call with another client and she can take my number down and call me within 24 hrs to repeat the same information that they'd already given. Who says that to a customer? I then asked for Kelsey's boss and was advised that she's the highest level manager, which we all know that every boss has a boss! I then asked for the number to Executive Relations which Kasey said that she didn't have and I could find it on the internet but she's not sure where because she doesn't google it! I am outraged! I will NEVER place another order with them and have advised everyone that I know not to use them either. I am simply going to dispute the charges on my credit card and be done with this and them!

Alloy Apparel "READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!"

My order never showed up! I was given tracking number from UPS and USPS Sure Post. Neither of them have the package. I complained to Alloy's Customer Service. They were rude, and kept giving me the run around. They were only going to refund my order and not the shipping until a pitched a FIT. When I asked for a confirmation number of the refund, they stated, "the order number is the confirmation." When I asked for an email with the refund information, they stated "Another Department handles the emails." When I asked could I have the number to that department, they stated "I don't have a number, you just have to call back our customer service number." I then asked for the name of the representative "Paige" and then requested her supervisor's name. She hesitated and then stated "Joeliene" as if she made it up. Then she stated "there are many supervisors everyday." They stated it would be 7 to 10 business days to refund the money. She then stated if I don't get my refund, then I must contact PayPal, and PayPal can hold your funds for another 30 days! (Yet it only took Alloy 20 seconds to receive my payment.) What a freaking rip off! I will never order anything from them again. I will continue to shop at Charlotte Russe!

DISHONEST, INEPT and the merchandise is of poor quality

Placed my first order of multiple items recently. Was very disappointed by the quality of the clothing. Returned 3 items (wanted to return all of them but I was trying to be nice!). They issued me only partial credit for my returns and, worse than that, despite my request that they put the refund on my credit card, they issued me STORE CREDIT instead. After 2 unanswered emails and 2 phone calls, they tell me the reason for partial credit and only STORE CREDIT is because the items I returned were damaged somehow which is an outright lie. I tried the items on once and returned them with labels attached. I order from a lot of online and catalog clothing merchants and had come to take for granted they could be counted on to deal honestly with customers. Wrong! Buyer beware of this racket called Alloy Apparel.

Horrible

I ordered a pair of jeans in size 7 and when I got them they were too small and didn't really look as good as they did in the picture, altogether I paid 40 dollars. So I returned them and only got 25 back! So when I contacted alloy they sent me an email saying 5.95 was deducted for ups, and they told me "dear costumer if you're returning two items or more additional 10 dollar fee will be deducted. Ummmn I returned one item. Horrible costumer service, will never order again!!!!

LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES

What a nightmare!! I ordered an e-gift card for $125 for my niece on 1/28/2015 and assumed they sent it to her. Several weeks later she let me know she never received it. I called Alloy right away and they told me they'd sent it to me. I never received it. I was told I'd get a replacement in 7-10 days. I escalated to a manager because that was unacceptable. Can't they track the e-gift card they supposedly sent?? The supervisor told me I'd have it in 3 days. Surprise, surprise - no e-gift card. I called again and was told I would get a call by the end of the day - no call. I called again and this time I was told I'd have the replacement emailed to me by the end of the day - again nothing. I called again and they told me I should have been talking to the billing department the whole time - but they were closed. I called the next day and Marion from Billing said I should have been calling them. She would handle it and I'd have it by the end of the day. I called Marion back near the end of the day. She said she emailed her supervisor and I would have it by the end of the day - again - nothing. I notified VISA of my plans to dispute the charge. I'll buy my niece a VISA gift card instead and hope she uses it ANYWHERE but Alloy!!! My goal is to tell everyone I know - at least twice - NOT to shop at Alloy EVER!!! Brian Lattman is listed as the president of Alloy on Linked In. It would be nice if he were in touch with how his company is miserably failing their customers. Perhaps everyone should forward him copies of all these negative reviews,

Horrible Customer Service! Never buying from this site ever again!

I have been buying from alloy for a couple years now. I loved their extra pant inseams. Well, after this most recent order, NEVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service! Was told that I had overnight shipping due to numerous problems with my order. A couple days later, no package. I call to find out where my package is and I am told that I hadn't been giving the overnight shipping I had been promised and that my problem order was being shipped normally. Lied to, given the run around and still no order a week later.

awful

This site and company are ridiculous. They took money out of my account then refunded it and cancelled my order without telling me (5 times!). I spent days online and on the phone trying to reorder my clothes, dealing with both rude and disrespectful customer service. Then was told it was my fault for ordering online and not by phone. I was a long time customer and i seriously dont know if i will ever shop Alloy again!

HORRIBLE

ALLOY APPAREL has by far the worst customer service ever! Not only that but the process in which they conduct business needs to be transformed. I placed an order and months went by without receiving it. I called several times and got the run around from many different unexperienced/un trained and rude reps. I never got the order. I will never shop here again. Oh and this was not the first time I had a bad experience with them, I thought after the first experience it was just a fluke, but no, this is their company culture.

Awful

I never write reviews but Alloy really peeved me this time. First off, I ordered three shirts. I received an email saying that two had shipped and one was back ordered -- fine, that's okay.

What I received was a shirt and a dress. I sent the dress back and was charged shipping costs even though Alloy messed up, and then they proceeded to charge me again for the shirt I never received and canceled the order on the third shirt.
WTF.

Poor on RETURNS

I made a purchase with ALLOY and had an Aug 9, 2014 delivery date. I waited until Aug 15th to call, but I called my local post office first. The package was showing delivered in ANOTHER state. I then called Alloy, the rep said UPS put duplicate USPS tracking numbers so that's why the package is showing delivered. I requested another package, the rep said I need to wait until Monday for the allowed time to pass. I call TUESDAY, and explained to the new rep what happen because she didn't bother to research the history. She then told me I need to wait until THURSDAY for a new shipment. KNOWING the package is lost I still need to wait!! SO I call back on FRIDAY, I told that rep I need the package quickly it's been too long. She said she would be using faster shipping vs the 7-10 day, No problem. Well, she didn't and I still don't have my package! going on ONE Month for two pairs of pants. ALLOY should have sent my order 2 day delivery, this was an error on their part and they should have attempted to make me whole.

Horrible

I purchase 3 items from Alloy and the third item I order was a size 7 they shipped size 17 i called thinking they were gonna be nice and help me I spoke to a nasty "supervisor" name "Star" she was rude and unapologetic she said they will mail a return label, I asked her can you just email it, she said they cannot do that they can only mail it and it takes 7-10 business days and if i wanted to reorder the item i had to pay upfront AGAIN. She said that was their policy. Well let me tell you I will not be purchasing any more clothes from this people. They charge all kinds of bogus charges. They said they give you free shipping but they charge you $1.95 supposedly for handling charges ??? The first time i said well is only a dollar but now i know thats how this people rip you off is a dollar for how many customer they get plus I read that they charge you for return items restocking fee unbelievable. If they charge me I will be writing another review and calling. BBB because this was there fault. I will never recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE!! RUN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I had tried to purchase a few things during one of thier 80% off sales. However, it kept talling me at checkout that sorry the page wouldnt work. Then when I got it to work the next day, it said the items were not available. I complained a tons and thought it was nice that they sent me a gift card. I then bought 2 pairs of pants and paid the difference.
Now it has been nearly 3 weeks and they said they are going to refund me my money and put my pants back because the difference was paid on paypal and they cant get it even though it shows it is at ALLOY and said i owe them money. So they are putting one of the pairs back. I contacted them to get help and had to go through LINKED IN and contact Brian Lattman who put me in touch with Mr. Morris. I contacted him and his receptionist was hateful and started hollering at me. I was like please stop getting loud with me and she said Not to call her and that she does not deal with that. What a hateful person!!!!! She kept talking over me and finally transferred me to Mr. Morris voice mail.
When he called me back today, he wouldnt let me tell my side adn was talking over me and told me not to EVER call Mr. LAttman again because he had MORE important things to take care of. REALLY???!!! WHAT a SHITTY COMPANY!! WHERE is the hell are thier values!!!!

Forever Shopper

Been shopping alloy for years never had a problem. Good quality clothing and prices are right. When I've had a problem with something customer service has always been helpful. Had to return a pair of jeans once and had my replacement pair within a week and that was including sending the other pair back. Excellent customer service.
