I ordered so many things from them, some are starting to break, some goods were already damaged. Tried contacting them for months and no reply. Finally, today I managed to somehow connect to their chat and they state its 6 month warranty. Ridiculous! The person was not helpful and very rude. When I started asking proper questions, he/she said I was rude and cut me off the chat. They also kept delaying my new bat for months, every time they told me a different story. Finally, when I pushed them and told them that I am gonna file a complaint, they said the bat was ready and sent it immediately. Very fishy!Absolutely no customer service!! Ridiculous ! Going to make a complain to Klarna, so they don't work with company anymore. Would not recommend this store, there are so many other helpful stores around.

Zero communication, take your money and impossible to contact in reference to unfulfilled order. Must be a scam or on verge on administration. Careful if purchasing!! Only purchase via credit card to protect yourself, note that contact us is only on webchat for limited days and time only.

Avoid. We ordered a Feed Buddy Pro - we are currently on our 2nd machine, both have failed with 6 months and they are refusing to replace it. Both this company and Feed Buddy are to be avoided at all costs.

USE THIS GROUP OF COMPANIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. I used All Rounder Gymnastics but it is the same people. They have many brands under All Rounder Cricket so watch out. I spent over £430 on an air track. They sent me the wrong item and refused to replace/refund. I am left with an item that is too big and heavy to lift and a big hole in my wallet. There is no phone line - the phone number just goes to a recorded message. Email support just told me they can't help as the item has been "used" (I inflated it when it arrived and realised it was the wrong item. It is still in pristine condition, I even used a brand new tarpaulin underneath it to keep it clean). Emails to manager are ignored.

Macey was brilliant in organising quick production and delivery of some new team wear bucket hats! Ordered on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.. and they look great too!

I order my club cricket bundle from All Rounder Cricket, Really happy with the service and the quality of work. My kit came in time for my first match, Really happy. Also, the online chat was really helpful and quick to respond.

Ordered some cricket trainers. They never got delivered and i got a notification saying they are heading back to the warehouse, that was beginning of April, its now middle of June. Multiple emails and tried calling and no response. They owe me £100. Awful customer service and i will be taking this further

Ordered new cricket boots.
Arrived in good time.

Unfortunately needed to return the item due to sizing. Instructions for returns say that you need to call them to arrange a return. Upon calling an automated message advises to send an email. No reply to 4 emails. Pathetic service.

Really response to the needs of our club. All our clubs shirts are through Allrounder and they’ve even added bucket hats to the options which the team love. Heartily recommend!

I ordered a feed buddy for my sons birthday and unfortunately it was faulty. I used the online chat to explain and a replacement machine was sent in the post that day. Very impressed and pleased with quick service.

Spoke to Macey via live chat, the platform was so easy to use, the service given was phenomenal. I will be a returning customer and would recommend.

I placed a small order for 1 x Stem Guard.

When I realised it was the incorrect size I emailed the team to ask how I go about arranging either a return or replacement.

After 13 days I had not received any form of acknowledgement so communicated via the website on Live Chat.

This eventually took 45 mins from start to finish which could have been a 60 second phone call if you could speak to a human being.

I will think twice about using this company moving forward as their lack of communication provided me with little confidence throughout the whole purchasing process.

I hope this criticism is taken on board in good faith.

I placed my order on 05/06/2023 for the new 2023 New Balance bowling boots. I went on the webchat with Laura on 08/06/2023 to see when my boots were due to be delivered as I need them for games this weekend. Laura said that they are really busy at present so working on 5-6 working days to despatch items. I did feedback that it would have been useful to know this when ordering to manage customer expectations. Laura apologised and agreed that this information would be useful for all parties so timescales are known. As my current bowling boots broke last weekend and I require for two games this weekend, Laura spoke to the warehouse and asked if the order could be dispatched same day. This was done yesterday lunchtime and DHL have delivered my boots at 8.30am this morning. A massive thank you to Laura at All Rounder who provided excellent customer service and helped arrange the delivery in time for the weekend. Superb service!

I bought my son cricket gloves, I accidently bought 2 pairs, I am trying to return the one pair, their site says to return something you must first mail them, so I did, twice, they just ignore my mails, very unprofessional.

Items missing from my order, phone line just tells you to use live chat. Had a worryingly short conversation with someone on live chat which ended with me being told I would be sent a new pair out for the following day. I was right to be worried. No further communications and no items received
