Avoid at all costs. Zero customer service

I placed an order for next day delivery on 21st August. Evri attempted to deliver my parcel once but has gone AWOL since. I have raised a query through ALLROUNDER and Evri and nobody is answering. This was for my son’s birthday which is now past.
Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money then ignore you and you can’t speak to anyone! The number on their website is for Yorkshire cricket club…

Very Happy with my experience

I purchased a Speed Buddy bowling machine via the website last week. Super fast delivery (next day) Upon setting it up, it was leaning to one side. I contacted Allround Cricket via the website contact form initially to ask if this was a potential fault. I didn’t hear back for over 24 hours and after reading reviews online I started to feel a little nervous. However - I sent a direct email to the Info@ address and received a response within a couple of hours from Tom, who was most helpful. After we’d worked out what the issue was, a replacement part was sent out the same day and delivered to me within 24 hours, on a Saturday. I can’t fault the service I have received. The issue was rectified with no hassle and swiftly. We haven’t actually used the machine yet - I will update tomorrow after we’ve tried it out; but so far, I’m happy. Thank you!

Unfortunately to start this review I…

Unfortunately to start this review I had to give them 1 star, I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an Automatic Cricket Feed Machine Feed Buddy Pro with 6 Balls and Ball Stacker costing £131.18. The machine was completely faulty – the balls only travelled 1–2 feet, leaving my autistic 11-year-old son in tears.

I immediately returned the product at my own expense (£8.19 postage) and have since contacted the company countless times by email and phone. Only once did someone (David) answer, promising a refund “soon,” and he told me he’d contact me back but weeks later I am still waiting. No communication, no refund, nothing but stress and disappointment.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I am out of pocket, my son is upset, and I cannot buy a replacement until they return my money. Avoid this company at all costs – they happily take your money but don’t care about their customers.

Good service

Place an order for a training shirt on Saturday, the company informed me on Wednesday that the order had been shipped, the order arrived Thursday. The item was the correct size and exactly what I ordered, there was a returns notice with the item.Highly satisfied with the service.

Where’s my refund?

I sent a pair of new balance trainers back from an order that had no return form in the original delivery. I followed their refund policy to put a note in the bag with my details on and why I was returning it.

I’ve followed up via the online chat, no reply.
I’ve followed up via their contact us page, no reply.
I’ve followed up via the info email that I managed to dig out of their policy page, no reply.
I’ve rang their contact number, no answer with a message to contact them online.

My return was signed for by J Lonhley on 18.7.26 and I’ve had no refund issued.

I’ve never had problems receiving orders from here, but the refund process leaves a bitter taste.

I will not order from All Rounder again.

Please I request never buy any product from these useless bunch of thugs. Spent lot of money but all waisted. Firstly part missing which they never sent again. I managed to send it back but they never accepted their mistake. Money waisted and they r modern thief

Appalling Customer Service from All Rounder Cricket…

My experience with All Rounder Cricket can be summarised as nothing short of appalling. They failed to fulfil my order, my follow up email was responded to with an offer to replace my item with a shoe of a completely different size (like I could just extend my feet a little) and they have then failed to acknowledge to respond to me subsequent email.

Company advertises a telephone number to Yorkshire CC, who they are not connected with, so to hide themselves from direct contact.

As I write this, still no order or refund… and I don’t think I’m on my own.

Don't use this seller

I have used All Rounder Cricket in the past and always had a good experience.
Like everyone else tho, I wish I had checked here before placing my most recent order.
No contact from the seller and as everyone else has stated there are no replies to emails, chat never works and phone numbers either don't work or default to a message asking you to use live chat.
Clearly the company is in trouble and in my opinion have taken the money for my order fraudulently. They have no intention of fulfilling my order. I don't believe they are able to.
I have now issued a claim using the HM Courts and Tribunals online service to get my money back.

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent…

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase from this company! Like any parent, I wanted my son's main birthday present to arrive on time, and initially, I was a little worried when the order status remained "processing" for a week. After reading some reviews, I admit I started to get concerned.

However, the team truly went above and beyond to ensure my son's birthday was perfect. A wonderful representative named Matt reached out to me, offering a sincere apology for the delay and explaining the situation with the cricket balls. He then personally ensured the order was dispatched via DHL, and to my immense relief, it arrived with super-fast delivery, right in time for the big day!

The product itself is absolutely amazing and in full working order – my 10-year-old son was incredibly happy, and that's what truly matters. While there was a slight hiccup with initial communication, their dedication to making things right, their fantastic products, and their competitive prices truly shine. Knowing they have live chat available for support is also a plus.

This company genuinely cares about its customers and delivers exceptional products. I highly recommend them, and I'm so grateful for their effort in making my son's birthday so special!

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. I bought a feed buddy ball feeder and net plus accessories for over £400. Came first thing I noticed 'made in China'. So the net poles snapped on installation and the bowling machine broke within 3 weeks and nobody gets back to you to sort it. They sent me the net back. The email address has a full inbox so you can't mail them. They don't answer the phone. Site chat bot doesn't work. The site messenger doesn't show any response. Absolute rip off merchants avoid.

Do not order from this company

Something is up with the company they may be going under. I ordered a personalised helmet, it did arrive eventually but with the wrong logo. Have tried to contact them to return but as other have mentioned email address bounces back, chat isn't really chat and phone number doesn't work. Trying to get money back via my bank

Shittiest customer service.

I order for kit bag hammer and Adidas sweater.
When the parcel arrived, the sweater was from random unknown brand and when I reach out to their email he responds I should have checked the description and it mentioned if adidas is not in stock they would deliver some random sweater

This is the first time Ive seen something as such. And when asked for refund he sent a Collect+ email and when tried to return the parcel, they needed a different QR code which wasnt provided. And when I mail him back, I receive Inbox full error and it’s been weeks now

Buyer beware - seems impossible to contact this company

Ordered pads/cloud catcher. Both in stock and I received e-mail confirmation. Despite saying most deliveries sent the same day I received no more contact for a few days. I e-mailed 'info@...' a number of times (all got 'inbox full' bouncebacks), tried the online chat (didn't work), called the one phone number I could find online (number not working) and even called the number linked to the transaction on my credit card app (which went to Yorkshire County Cricket Club!). As soon as I could, I initiated a chargeback from my credit card company. Surprise surprise I then receive an 'order sent' e-mail a couple of days later and it arrived the day after that.

Both items did arrive in the end, though taking longer than advertised. But I certainly would never shop there again - the impossibility of contacting anyone at the company made it feel like a scam (though it turned out not to be in this instance) and I would not be willing to trust them with another purchase.
