I ordered some cricket shoes around 10 days ago and was immediately sent an email confirming my order. I was expecting for the dispatch email to follow a day or so later but received nothing.
I called their phone number but does not go through and line goes dead. I have emailed their email address and get a bounce back.
I have raised a complaint to my bank stating that the good have not been recieved. However, I have just received an email to say they have dispatched my item. Although im not sure how much I believe in this as the tracking has been registered with EVRI, but they’re still awaiting it so I’m not sure how legit this is!
Im just hoping to get my money back and I won’t be ordering from here again!!! Please avoid and don’t waste your time in case you’ve appealed by the lower prices. They’re lower than the market but I can see why now!
Please do not make the same mistake as I did!!

Ordered a cricket helmet over 10 days ago, I have been unable to get in touch with the company, emails bounce back and phone lines are not connected - an alternative number found online connects to Yorkshire cricket who know nothing about the company. Apparently they are still trading according to companies house, I have reported them this morning to trading standards.

Disappointed with Service and Communication
I recently ordered a Gray Nicolls Gem 2.1 300 bat from All Rounder Cricket and paid extra for the bat to be knocked in and have an anti-scuff sheet applied. Unfortunately, neither of these services were provided — the bat arrived untouched, which was extremely disappointing and frustrating given the additional cost.
I also ordered a bag at the same time, but once it arrived, I realised it was far too big for my needs. I followed the process outlined on their website to return it, which clearly states returns must be initiated within 14 days. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I have received no response whatsoever. It’s impossible to follow their refund policy when they simply ignore customers.
Had I checked recent reviews beforehand, I might have avoided this purchase — there are clearly ongoing issues with communication and customer service, despite the company having had a good reputation in the past. That reputation seems to have faded.
I’m extremely disappointed and left unsure of what to do when a business does not deliver on advertised services and refuses to engage with customers. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

I was sent a confirmation but nothing afterwards. Goods have not arrived and have sent numerous emails. No reply. Tried the live chat which is always offline. Found a telephone number which is not in service. Please DON’T order anything from this company. Contact your bank to claim back your money as it’s your only option.

Awful customer service
No contact number. Sent multiple emails without reply. I ordered some batting gloves in adult size, they sent youths that didn’t fit. I sent them back asking for replacement which they didn’t have so they refunded me but I paid on a gift card so it says the refund has gone back onto my gift card and when I try to use it it says expired! I’ve emailed them EIGHT times to try and resolve this without a reply. We are now 3 weeks into the cricket season and I am having to borrow gloves from my teammates. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Defected Shoe refused for return
I recently purchased a pair of cricket shoes from All Rounder Cricket, expecting high-quality gear given the price. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating from the start.
After just one game, the shoes caused a severe burn on my heel, forcing me to stop playing mid-match. I immediately reached out to their customer service with proof of the injury, but my email went unanswered for days. When I finally got a response through their chat, I was simply told that this was part of the “wearing in” process, with a suggestion to just wrap my foot and continue using the shoes – essentially ignoring the clear injury their product had caused.
Not only did they refuse to acknowledge a potential defect, but they flatly rejected my return request, insisting that blisters are not a valid reason for a return, despite the clear evidence of harm. It felt like a complete refusal to support their customers when it truly matters.
This experience highlights the risks of buying online from companies that prioritize sales over customer care. Unlike in-store purchases, you can’t try the product before buying, and when issues arise, you’re left dealing with dismissive support teams that avoid taking responsibility.
For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. If you’re thinking of buying from All Rounder Cricket, be prepared for the possibility of poor after-sales support, unresponsive communication, and a lack of concern for customer wellbeing.

Shocking service - stay clear!
Ordered a club helmet and 7 weeks down the line I'm still waiting. I have had one very rude email from this company informing me not to chase for an update until the 30 working day period was up. That was over 10 days ago and I've had no replies to my emails. The phone number stated online also takes you to Yorkshire CCC, so this is effectively a scam. Do not use this company!

Wrote a previous review regarding the lack of any post sales customer service after which i got hold of the email addresses for the CEO and COO, after a number in emails from the COO he went absolutely silent and has not bothered getting back to me or tried to resolve the issue despite reassuring me that he was looking into it personally.
A great product catalog and if everything goes ok then all is good but do not expect ANY post sales customer service if you need to resolve an issue. definitely not from their 'customer service people' and even from the owners/senior executives don't care.

What went wrong, ordered the item a month ago, received confirmation invoice. Item never arrived, evri admitted their at fault and to contact the seller to arrange refund/ replacement and evri would fund the loss. This company does not reply to emails or respond to their own live chat. Once they’ve taken your money they don’t care about you. £100 cricket shoes not turned up and they don’t care they just ignore you. Only given 1 star cause I couldn’t leave 0. Avoid at all costs.
