Ordered all my cricket gear about 3 weeks go, received an order confirmation and have heard absolutely nothing since! Despite their website saying they aim to ship within 1-2 days. I now have started cricket season without all this stuff, however nervous to order it anywhere else as the reviews say they are awful at refunding (if I sent it back). I have emailed numerous times over the last few weeks and heard absolutely nothing. There is no phone number and just radio silence. Absolutely gutted and no idea what to do to next! I so wish I had read all these other negative reviews before ordering. I WOULD AVOID AND ORDER ELSEWHERE!

Ordered items never delivered as Evri wouldn’t wait for us to answer the door for a signature. Tried to complain, all rounder cricket do not respond to their emails or web chats and the contact form does not work. 10 days on, Evri tracking still showing item on way back to the company. Zero communication from the company in response to my emails. Terrible experience. Buy from a local shop, a lot less stress and not a 100% loss of money as no clue if I’ll ever get a refund since they don’t communicate to their customers. I have waited 10 days for a response from them
1st May update: The company got in contact as soon as this review was posted, promising me a refund or posting merch again. I opted for them to post by Yodel. Zero communication since then, no items have been delivered, no shipping details communicated and no refund as of yet. Despite repeatedly contacting the company, there has been no further contact from them.
Please do not buy from this company!
Amazing customer service
When the bat I bought my son in September spontaneously split in March I wasn’t hopeful of getting a replacement despite it having had minimal use. However I was delighted when all rounder cricket arranged a no quibble replacement (and an upgrade to the lastest model) Thank you
Daughters cricket gear
I was recomended this website by a coach at our local club. Ordered several items (bag, bat, helmet, gloves, thigh pads, batting pads) for my daughter and all were reasonably priced. I didn't receive a dispatch notification for a few days and started to panic after seeing so many negative reviews.
I later received an email apologising for a stock issue with the bag shown on the website. Agreed to an alternative and items were dispatched and received the next day (1 week after placing order).
All in all, happy with the purchase and quality of goods and will use again in the future.

Just wanted to write a review as I panicked when I placed my order and came on here to read reviews, ordered 4 items for my son and all delivered within a week, can't comment on customer service so I won't give 5star - just wanted to put this incase someone came on panicking like I did lol!

The only reason I give a 1 star is due to trust pilot not allowing me to give zero stars. I ordered some kit for my son who has started his cricket journey. The bag I ordered was a New Balance bag which is a respectable make. Within the first week I had an issue with the bag. I tried to contact All rounder Cricket, via email, live chat (which is never active you can only leave a message, which they never respond to) also tried on Facebook messenger as I thought that would be a good way to get someone to contact me. No phone number so can’t ring them. It’s been several weeks and they have ignored every request. Once they have your money they are not interested at all. Much better cricket specialist shops with far better reviews at equivalent prices. If you don’t have an issue with the product it’s fine but if you do have an issue don’t expect any support from these cowboys.

We ordered cricket pads from Sheffield store and were told if ordered before 12 noon they would be dispatched same day, but didn’t receive them until 4 days later ( which looking at some of reviews is good!) Only to find we paid £55.99 for pads for them to come with sticker on them for £44.99?!?! Tried numerous phone calls/ emails to no avail. Communication with this company is dreadful, just get recorded message saying they are experiencing high volume of calls

I ordered 2 pairs of wkt gloves. They delivered one pair, with no comment about the other - I don't know whether they intend to deliver later, or they have simply taken my money and have no intention of fulfilling my order. I have tried to contact them through emails and their 'chat', but have had no reply over several weeks. Extraordinarily bad customer service. Have they gone bust? I notice that the contact page on the website is mysteriously down, but they still seem to be taking orders. I would never use this company again.

Didnt reply to emails calls about a return
Eventually I got a gift code that worked and I brought something just to use it and not lose it but I in fact lost money by sending the previous item back and paying postage and tax on a different item.

Placed an order 2 months ago still not arrived.
I placed an order two months ago, and I still haven't received it. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not received any responses. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of follow-up. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I've completely wasted my time and money.

I have returned an order and still waiting for a refund, or even an acknowledgment that they have received my return, despite numerous emails to ask them. No answer on the store phones. Absolutely terrible customer service!! Will not use again and wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

I returned 2 pairs of cricket shoes on 30th december. Its is now 23 january. I have emailed all rounder 5 times about the refund and no one has even had the courtesy to reply. The boots are worth over £200. There is no other way of contacting them. The phone number tells you go to the live chat. The live chat is not live at all. You have to send an email which you get no response from.
