Sadly much the same experience as most of the other reviews (wish I had read these before using this company). It appears to be absolute chaos, they are not coping with Christmas deliveries.
I had no choice but to pay £6 for delivery, despite a large order. Heard nothing for 8 days so chased the order via email. Support eventually replied said there was a stock issue, but assured me parcel would be with me in 24hrs. Parcel did turn up 3 days later hence 2 stars not 1, but I wouldn’t use them again I don’t have any confidence.
Lat3 delivery and Terrible customer service
The order arrived 10 days after placing it. That's not ideal but happens sometimes. I therefore needed to go out and buy a helmet from a local store (at a greater cost). I tried to contact the company 5 times to request a refund for my delivery cost, but they simply do not reply. Its infuriating and terrible customer service.

AVOID.. ordered Christmas presents for my son in good time for Christmas, but nothing has arrived, and cannot get hold of anyone. I suspect nothing will arrive in time for Christmas now which is obviously hugely disappointing. 'Live Chat' feature complete waste of time, it's not live at all.

I placed an order over a week ago. Website says orders will be dispatched next day but I have had no contact, cannot get hold of anyone in customer service, the phone directs you to their email or live chat, but there is no response to either. I am now trying to cancel as I have bought what I needed elsewhere. I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews first (lesson learned)

Like other recent reviews order placed 2nd Decmeber and money taken. I still have not received an email advising my order has been dispatched. No response to my email sent on 8th December unable to make contact by phone. I wish I had looked at trust pilot before placing my order. This kind of service is a disgrace at any time of the year. However at Christmas I certainly do not need the additional stress of trying to arrange a charge back in the event of no item and no further communication as well as trying to reorder the item elsewhere.

Not sure if this company actually sells anything or just takes orders and doesn't fulfil them. No communications, they just let you order things, claim they'll send them out in 3-4 days, then that's the last you hear from them. At least they don't charge for what they don't send, so it could be worse I suppose.

After receiving no communication whatsoever from all rounder cricket regarding despatching/delivery of my order, and email was sent on 16th and 17th November. Both of these emails went unanswered.
Another email sent regarding my order was sent on 20th November.
This email was responded to saying that the reason for delay was an issue with a supplier but my order would be sent that day and I'd receive despatch confirmation the next day.
No despatch confirmation received, so another email sent.
This time I was informed that the heatpress machine had broken down and order was delayed further.
Eventually, my order was despatched on 26th November - 16 days after order was placed.

I placed an order in the past around three years ago and i had very bad experience with this seller. They took more than 6 months to deliver my product. There was no customer care and no response to my calls and email. I got frustrated and provided a very bad and negative comment.
This time (i took my chance again, not sure why), i place a new order again on friday and i have received the product by monday. Amazing. Also to be on safer side, i tried to contact the customer care to see if someone responds, and they responded quickly. That gave me some confidence to place order.

I was let down at short notice by another company and needed a full set of kit with next day delivery. A quick phone call to the Sheffield store who took my order number and then passed this directly to the warehouse so that the order could be shipped the same day.
I couldn’t ask for better customer service, and both the store and warehouse went above and beyond - for reference, I’m an average cricketer, who didn’t spend a fortune - therefore my expenditure didn’t attract a different level of service.
I would happily use these guys again, whilst I appreciate some may have had bad experiences I have nothing but positive to say.

My son bought two pairs of identical…
My son bought two pairs of identical cricket boots by mistake. £90 each. Both arrived and he immediately sent one pair back by special delivery - tracking is available via Royal Mail and shows they were returned on the 17th June. We since have had no correspondence stating they have been returned and no refund. He has tried contacting via messaging, email and even trying to phone the shops! No response whatsoever.
So it has cost him £180 for one pair of boots plus the delivery return cost!

Totally non existent customer service. Never answer phone. Never deal with issues. Over 1 month for incorrect item being sent, apparent replacement sent but not received… still no communication from them to resolve. Talked to Matt Wood on chat (if that is their real name) and nothing followed up.
