When an order failed to arrive after two weeks I attempted to contact them. Impossible to get a response and live chat function appears to get turned off when you raise a complaint. No replies to numerous e-mails. Product was satisfactory when it eventually arrived ( after 3 weeks) but customer service non existent
Leave well alone
Purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company and literally heard nothing for two weeks. I raised the complaint with PayPal and then received a phone call saying they had broken the glasses whilst packing, so they upgraded my order to a more expensive pair .Still nothing. If you’re looking for cricket gear I’d suggest any other retailer

Scammers who ignore you when things go wrong. Do not use allrounder cricket, they constantly run offers as their service is so poor no one would use them twice. We had an issue with a Gray Nichols bag that was faulty after our son used it. This was 5 months ago and they have simply ignored every message I’ve sent them since. I even messaged their MD personally as the bag was a present to our son from his late grandmother. No response. Charlatans that we will never use again.

Goods shipped with a courier (EVRI) not mentioned on their website. Shocking customer service and refused to give a refund when goods did not arrive. A complete sham.

Was looking for a specific pair of keeping gloves that appear to be out of stock across the country. Dealt with Matt W who searched the warehouse and both stores and managed to find what I was after. Then did his best to get them sent next day via courier. Couldn't ask for better service, will 100% go back to All Rounder again in the future.

This is another company that advertises item "in stock", but does not have them. Took payment from card, and then leaves you waiting. Customer service is rubbish, they simply do not care once they have your money.

Ordered batting pads for my son but gloves were delivered. No reply to email or social media message, son was extremely upset as didn’t have pads for his first matches.

Ordered two pairs of batting gloves on 24th March and paid for delivery within 5 working days. 2 weeks later no product so used the online customer service portal. To be fair they responded within 24 hours and told me that one of the products was faulty and offered me an alternative. This I agreed to and they stated that it would be despatched immediately. Now on 18th April and no product. Despite many attempts to email through customer support, calls to the Leeds branch (not detailed on website), I have no response so have no alternative but to try and get my money back through other means.
Avoid like the Plague. How can any business operate like this.
Going bust?
If I could give less I would, I ordered a helmet in February, taking into account the T’s + C’s of personalised items being upto 25 working days. I was comfortable with this, as the helmet would arrive prior to the 1st game.
Fast forward 8 weeks, still no confirmation it’s been posted, never mind received.
Numerous emails sent, to which I had reply’s in good time, the all of a sudden no response.
The blame is being put onto the manufacturer (shrey) i requested the helmet to be with me by Friday last week, all of a sudden a response saying “shrey have said we will have the helmet on Friday” I’ve emailed every day since, to zero response.
I could be very well mistaken, but it feels like this is a business close to closure, given the blagging and no responses, and judging by the recent reviews on here.
My club has also asked to fully remove our club shop from their site, given similar experiences.

I posted a comment on their social media, to my surprise, a reply. Tried to tell me they posted about a delay to Shrey products, there was no post. They tried to make a joke out of their poor service, I commented back with a link to this page. I’m now blocked and cannot see their social media page! Currently £125 down, with no helmet.

I recently faced a frustrating issue with All-Rounder Cricket after purchasing a Gray Nicolls Legends cricket bag from them. This was supposed to be a premium product, given its high cost and the brand's reputation. However, just after a single season of use, the bag began to fall apart. The damage wasn't due to wear and tear but appeared to be a significant flaw in its construction, as it shredded in an unusual area.
When I reached out to All-Rounder Cricket for assistance, hoping for a reasonable solution, their response was far from satisfactory. Despite providing evidence that the bag's deterioration was due to a manufacturing defect, I was informed that they could not help because the bag was purchased nearly two years ago and only covered under a six-month manufacturer's warranty.
This policy feels extremely restrictive, especially for high-value items that one would expect to last well beyond such a short timeframe. The lack of flexibility in their customer service and their adherence to a stringent warranty policy that does not account for the longevity one would expect from premium products is disheartening.
I am deeply disappointed, not just in the product's poor quality but in the retailer's handling of the situation. I would urge potential customers to consider this experience when looking to purchase from All-Rounder Cricket. It's crucial to be aware that their customer support and warranty policies may not provide the support you expect when issues arise.
