Terribly disappointed!! I can't give a review on the product because we've never received it.. I bought a hanging egg chair for the garden, was meant to be a gift for my daughter.. She has complex needs and was excited to sit outside and relax.. I've phoned and emailed only to be told twice that its on the way for next day delivery but this has not happened... And I'm guessing now it won't arrive at all so I'm looking at buying from a well known online store that I know I can rely on. Think it's safe to say I won't be ordering anything from this company again.

Second water inflatable slide I've ordered this year, this one was for a neighbour. Arrived on time and yet again lovely friendly driver! 5*****

Advertised and quoted free delivery to northern ireland both on the phone and online but requested an extra £150 to dispatch the delivery when contacted on the phone the fella said well if you want it pay if not il cancel the order
Would recommend the product but be wary of the price

Order wasnt cancelled person on phone had no customer service skills and was a bit of a pr*ck and free delivery was confirmed with charlotte the day of placing the order with email confirmation also

Delivery by “arrowxl” was supposed to happen today alas they phoned to say they had not yet received the goods in their Carrickfergus depot and the delivery would not be today. They could not give any information of when the delivery might happen.

I bought a patio table and chairs. It arrived when they said it would. I got a call half an hour before the delivery to say they were on their way.
Everything went smoothly. The Patio table and chairs is beautiful.

Excellent service speedy delivery and happy to help with any problems products are brilliant Aslo great prices would recommend to any of my friends.

Lovely garden dining suite and very quick delivery

The communication could be a bit better in regards to delivery, was advised of a date and the product didn’t come, I sent an enquiry and didn’t get a reply. However, when I called they were very helpful and gave me all the tracking info and received the product within the next few days. The 5ft trampoline is really good though!

Unfortunately, despite the site advertising delivery within 2 days, and an email, (which landed in my junk box) saying 2 -3 days, my item is still in the collection depot of their chosen courier. It has now been 7 days since the order was placed and money debited from my account. I am unable to contact the courier directly and have to go through the retailer, who do not pick up calls! Instead, their recorded message asks customers to email. I have done this, twice, and so far have recieved no reply! The purchase has now become a belated 18th birthday present. Not impressed!

The website said I was going to receive the item next day deltbut I have not yet received it and there’s not any update, called the office and there’s no any information on the system.
Until now I don’t don’t when I will receive it
Total disappointment
