No solution while the gate is broken
I have nothing bad to say, but recently the gate broke and we can only access in the working times from 9:00 to 18:00, and that is not convenient for me because i work on those times, and I’m moving out so I really have to use the storage.
Unfortunately they don’t try to fix a solution for those who can’t access pn this times.
For me that is a bad thing.

I was greeted by Eric, a real friendly gentlemen. He showed me the options with the information he had to help me find the perfect storage option. He set out all the rules and within 30 minutes I had signed a storage contract. The process was easy and effortless.

Beware the price quotes...
The facilities are great (that's the 3 stars) but be careful because the sales guys will quote you one price and when you arrive to sign up the guy will give you another (obviously higher). Not very honest. Beware. This was ALLSAFE Weesp, nothing against the other locations.

Beware: No 14-Day Cooling-Off Period - Double-Check Before Signing!
Edited August 2nd: Despite their response below, they have indeed read and ignored my email and have yet to refund my money.
Going through a very frustrating experience with ALLSAFE. After signing a contract, I had to cancel just 2 days later. To my surprise, there is no 14-day cooling-off period, which was my mistake but oh well.
What made it worse was that my contract wasn't supposed to start for another 3 weeks, and I hadn't even moved my belongings into the storage unit yet. Despite this, they claimed they couldn't process a refund if my things were still in the garage, which made no sense since my stuff wasn't even there!
When I requested a refund, they got the calculations wrong. I had to do the math for them, and even after agreeing to pay the 7 days' rent, they still refused to refund me the correct amount. This experience has left me questioning their professionalism and customer service.
If you're considering using ALLSAFE, proceed with caution and be absolutely sure of your decision before signing any contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
