The facility is new so everything looks clean. The floor is quite dusty though.
Friendly service and very happy about the promotional price. Moving my things into storage was easy. We could drive our vehicle to almost my rental unit. Free use of large trolley for heavy items.

As the facilities suffered water damage which impacted our belongings we got very limited support. We were just told our own insurance had to be engaged for any cost or time invested in the move and we were given a unit smaller than the one we had before. We also discovered that the fees are not transparent. Don’t use it to store items with emotional value but limited price value.

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat u schade heeft gehad door de wateroverlast van 2 weken geleden.
U heeft onze verzekering gevrijwaard waardoor u de geleden schade bij uw eigen verzekering moet indienen.
U heeft inderdaad een ruimte kleiner gekregen dan dat u huurde, dit omdat de ruimte die u huurde niet juist in ons systeem stond waardoor u deze ruimte erg goedkoop heeft gehuurd.
Wanneer u verdere vragen heeft kunt u contact opnemen met de vestiging Leiderdorp.
