Our household goods arrived in a 11m truck from Norway. The staff were very helpful opening gates and doors. we were able to use their trolleys and equipment. Moving the furniture and boxes went smoothly. Thanks to the staff for their professional service.

Please do not consider this company as they have crooked behaviour likenot paying back the 1 month caution they ask you at the start of the contract. Disrespectful communication, as well To avoid!

It was wonderful, moving can become a traumatic experience but they are really friendly and nice so it helps a lot.

I'm a long term renter, and first i rented a bigger storage and after two months changed it to a smaller one.
Both times it was very easy to complete the paperwork. All the staff I met was extremely kind and helpful.
I wish they stay as good as they are and I will definitely stay their customer.

I was not able to use there servers, but from the few conversations we had they impressed me with the speed and the understanding of customer care .

Great facilities for storage and easy to use and access whenever I need

The warehouse is new, clean, secure, and comfortable. Service rates 3 out of 5; the staff is not very polite. They told me to reserve a van no earlier than 7 days in advance, but when I called 9 days ahead, the van was already unavailable for the upcoming weekend, which was when we had planned our move. Later, they confirmed the van for one day earlier than the start of the contract, but access to the warehouse couldn't be provided on that day. Fortunately, this was resolved after contacting a manager who happened to be available; otherwise, we would have had to cancel our move on the same day, and no one had informed us in advance.

The following day, a warehouse employee called to inform us that our belongings were left in the van and needed to be picked up. When I arrived, neither the belongings nor the van were there, and the employee told me to come back later. Moreover, it was impossible to coordinate anything over the phone; the employees just told me to come at any time and hung up.

In the end, when I returned later for the second time that day, after wasting my time, there were still no belongings. The van was externally damaged from all sides, and the side door didn't close properly. Inside, the van was also in poor condition. All of this occurred at the Eindhoven location near the ring road.
So please keep this in mind when you consider booking this warehouse.

Horrible service. So apparently I got the new employee and he gave me fake conditions of my contract. I asked multiple times if the van rental was free of charge with a storage unit and the answer was always YES with no exceptions. Now after cancelling my contract, I am charged for the van rental. So I am paying for the mistake of a new employee that messed up.

The guy that helped me was amazing he fixed my problem on the spot.
