The app is very poorly built. I was stuck inside their location and no one was answering the phone. Its a business bound to fail if they can't fix this.

The storage facility is ok.

Leroy was really helpful and kind with all the process of renting.

I cannot imagine how it is to work for this company with the current pricing policies. As an employee, your self-worth after telling all this nonsense is for sure 0, because you are paid to act as a useless clown of the company and misinform the customers. How sad! 🤡🤡🤡

Here you can read what is wrong with the company as many people already wrote it in previous reviews:

They make the prices really hard to find on their website. They will call you and tell you very good prices via phone, then when you go there the prices will be much higher.

The story is that the prices are changing depending on how many available spaces are left and that is why suddenly after 1 day the prices are almost double.

Then they say, that I might have seen the weekly prices blablabla and we have 3 months for free. Then if you calculate the real cost/ month you realize that it is much more expensive then what they said. Go to another company, like Shurguard if you don't want to play these games. They also canceled my appointment 10 minutes before so they wasted my time 2 times.

Great service! The assistant was really clear and explained everything very detailed. Besides that, she helped me finding the perfect size storage that I needed! The storage was in perfect conditions. Definitely recommend!

I have used ALLSAFE Lelystad for a half a year, and the manager Noel and Kenny there are absolutely amazing. I rarely see employees working with customer-oriented mind in Europe, but they are wonderful individuals who work as I am the most important guest for them. I will definitely use it again for my satisfaction and I highly recommend ALLSAFE especially the Lelystad one.

Well I'm yet to see what they are capable of. Since I've been here just a short time.

The All Safe team are unbelievably helpful. Moving is hard as it is and they make it run smoothly and very supportive. Greg at the front desk went above and beyond to help us move in and out as seamlessly as possible. Thank you. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Everything is so wrong its getting a bit funny.

My experience took place between the days 17-21 of February 2023. My mission was to get a storage place to store my belonging just for a few months and then come back and move out to a new house.

I asked for my contract and emails to be on English of course without any luck when the allsafe company is located in a city with 5000+ international students/workers/enterpreneurs. Just pathetic.
(Excluding customer support via telephone)

Furthermore there is a discremination betweeen who is receiving help even on finding the bloody storage that i payed, the whole place looks like a maze/white room from the movie "The Matrix". And also some basic help from any worker of the company in moving the belonging with the cheap and defective carts around. Also no help-tips-suggestion on how to stack things.

Lastly, I have received purposeless phonecalls and when I call back myself I get no straight answers. I already feel worried and uncertain if my stuff is still safe, or my safe is opened or not.

Your website and your customer support is user unfriendly for non-dutch speakers.

It goes without saying that I can and I will rate you however I see right since you had the "right" to spam me with your emails especially in a language that I dont like yet I dont understand.

There will be consequeences, I will press charges against this company in case I sense something missing or not going as I see fit.

I will submit my full feedback firsthand on my way out or in the scenario that they will comply to pay me in order to contact them and debate.
