The storage is great, some of the staff are great, some not so good but always polite anyways. The problem is that their barrier has caused damage to my car and I’ve emailed them multiple times about it and I’m getting ignored. They told me they saw the cctv footage but are probably waiting until it’s deleted before they reply to my email. They keep sending me other mails unrelated to my issue and are incredibly fast to call or reply when you want to rent a unit (within hours) but when it comes to them dealing with an issue they suddenly can’t write an email anymore or call me? It’s been over a week (21st January) since it happened and I sent the first email.

For storage I would recommend them for sure but for things like this situation they handle it poorly and there is 0 customer service in cases like this and I really hate to say it because up until this point I was having a great experience using their services but not so much anymore

And it's getting more interesting. Your month has 25 days? I just received a payment request on my bank account and since I had only to accept or deny that means if I deny it, I'll be in trouble. Right? Just to inform you that I purchased a storage in october 31. Great business. Next payment is december 20?

Friendly and informative staff fast reaction to my questions

ALLSAFE was so efficient and professional all through. I started looking for space in Forepark and the staff there were very helpful and sent me to Leiderdorp as I needed a bigger space. The Leiderdorp staff were very pleasant, efficient, and fast!. Packing, transporting, and storing the goods; Dennis was our hero! so professional and very polite, really hard working. A big thank you to ALLSAFE staff, we are truly grateful!

Very professional and helpful staff, clearly explained the options, prices and the agreement itself regarding the self-storage unit rental, providing all the packing materials, including a van to transport the stuff if needed. The unit itself is clean, climate-controlled and the storage facility shows good security.
