I couldn't find the size charts on the website. Which made identifying correct size to order difficult.
Then when I returned. I found the process tucked away and very cumbersome with only one courier to use.

Modern fair isle Jumper
Jumper delivered promptly in great condition. I wanted a fair isle jumper but with a modern twist this one is a striking design. I could have done with it a little longer in the body at 5ft 10 tall but I can always layer up underneath. Very pleased I ordered it especially as it was reduced in price.

The website displayed the products and there were multiple views. The website isn't the easiest to navigate and would benefit from a review by the developers. The product arrived on time and was well packaged, although one button had a long loose thread which I would have though would have been identified before being posted

DHL failed to deliver my parcel four…
DHL failed to deliver my parcel four times it eventually arrived today 27th November having ordered the goods on 20th November . I kept receiving a notification that my parcel was out for delivery and later was advised it could not be delivered even though I was at home and have a ring doorbell. This is not up to the usual standard. The actual garment was beautiful I have no problem with all Saints clothes they are amazing but something needs to be done regards delivery DPD were so much better!
