Have been using all season gazebos for at least 10 years all I’ve needed to replace is the canopy. This goes up in April and comes down in September it is fixed to the patio and has coped with all the wind and rain that the British weather can throw at it , GREAT PRODUCT

I put it up last summer and it has survived through the winter. I am so pleased as not being very young I did not want to have to dismantle and reassemble.

My All Seasons Gazebo goes up at beginning of April and gets well anchored. Comes down last day September.
It saves my sanity and my ageing skin.
The canopy lasts two full seasons and then I buy a new canopy for the next year. The frame has seen me through 7 years up to now and is on its fourth canopy.
I do most of my pot gardening under its wonderful shade. I drink most of my alcohol and eat most of my naughty, but nice confections where I can’t be seen by my lovely neighbours in its shade.THANK YOU ALL SEASONS GAZEBOS

Easy website and good products and good prices

Ordered this for my elderly mum and dad, it came really quickly and the delivery guys were really helpful and gave him some great advice on putting it up, highly recommend company good quality gazebo and competitively priced

Purchased 4 gazebos for our recent summer fayre. Really good quality material, chose the blue colours and they were really lovely. Very easy to put up even for us ladies. Easy to peg down and very sturdy. Great customer service when calling and answering our many questions. Love the addition of the carry bag and the option to purchase side panels is also a bonus. Will definitely buy again

Excellent service and product quality. Suitable for all year round and used for many occasions or just to have up in the garden on a sunny day to provide some shelter from the sun. Easy and quick to set up on your own. Compacts nicely and easy to store. Highly recommend.

Bought a 3x3 gazebo with Amazon. Very pleased and ordered a second 3 days later. The two together ensured an excellent family get together. Easy to erect, and stable using the supplied bags weighted with sand. Good quality finish. Easy to collapse and store. Unfortunately, one storage bag had an incomplete zip, but no problem because Lea at customer services arranged and sent a replacement by return. A good experience.

Great phone service, very helpful staff.
Ordered a replacement part on Monday, was delivered by 9.15 on the Tuesday, to a different address to my own.

Excellent customer service and a great product too. Ordered the gazebo from Amazon but struggled to open it. So rang all seasons gazebo who reassured and then when the gazebo wouldn't open organised a replacement and asked warehouse to make sure it would open. The replacement arrived promptly and we had excellent correspondence from Shelia assuring us that the product had been tested. the product is well made and looks great in our garden

I purchased my gazebo 3 years ago from All Seasons Gazebos as they sell spares and offer a good guarantee. However now it’s time to replace the canopy they haven’t had any in stock since May even though they have a sale on! Unfortunately with the summer season upon us I’ll have to purchase an alternative canopy from a more reliable source.

Placed my order on a Wednesday evening, you contacted us on Thursday with a query (we'd ordered wrong side panels) dispatched the same day and was delivered Friday morning ! Outstanding customer service.

As for the gazebo, we bought the Hex 40, and Wow what a great product. Attended a fair on the Saturday which had gusty winds, not a problem for this gazebo, then on the Sunday put it to the test again, breezy with heavy rain showers, had all the sides on this time, no problem, no leakages and stayed put. A fantastic gazebo well upto the job attending craft fairs, and well worth the money, I'm sure it will serve us well.

Bought a replacement canopy in May last year. Stored it away from September to May this year. In the few weeks it’s been but up it has split in several places. Clearly poor quality. Company say it’s outside their 6 month guarantee period, which bearing in mind it been in the garage for 9 months it’s a bit hard to accept.
In any event other than offer to see me another one !

A replacement gazebo was ordered, as my original frame was visibly not new! It was rusty and the bottom was damaged, showing it had been previously returned and then repackaged as new in error. Laura was helpful in getting a new one despatched to me. The only thing was having to wait a week to get the new one, as she needed to email the CEO who was away. Process improvement could have made this a 5* review if she was empowered to order a replacement straight away, as the photos provided gave no room for dispute and the CEO needs to trust their staff more.

I ordered a replacement roof (£99) for a relative, to be delivered to Aviemore. The website said free delivery to UK mainland for all orders over £50. Despite this I was charged £20 for delivery. I queried this and was told Aviemore is not on the UK mainland. I suggested they look at a map and was told their courier determines delivery charge. I suggested they should amend their website - it now says free delivery to UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands. The next day delivery advertised didn't happen - item was delivered five days after it was ordered. Pity, as the gazebos are good quality.

Super service. Nice to be able to speak to a human easily. Very helpful lady. Ordered online 10,00 Monday. Immediate response and info. APCn were great for delivery and informing me of delivery times etc. Arrived Tuesday 0940. Great buying exdperience, Many thanks. I will certainly recommend both you and APC
