Good Customer Service
I purchased an essential oil diffuser which I loved and which worked properly for a little over one month. After that time it continued to work sporadically for an hour or two or less no matter that I cleaned it and allowed it to dry out. I spoke with Brandon at customer service who explained their thirty day return policy but graciously was going to check with his manager. Two days later, I was happily surprised to learn they had decided to refund my money for this defective diffuser rather than send me another one since I did not have the lot number. I chose to write this review since people are usually quick to criticize but I think it is equally important to let people know when they did something right. I will not hesitate to purchase from All Star Health again and will recommend them to others when the opportunity arises.

1st experience
I've been using Redmond Earth Paste Mineral Toothpaste for several years. I love the lemon twist flavor the best. I haven't had any cavities for several years. I love that this toothpaste is effective and natural.
I placed my order with All Star Health on January 4th. I received my order on January 7th. I am so pleased with the price I paid and the fast turnaround time to receive my order. All Star Health will be where I buy my toothpaste from now on.
2nd experience
This is my second purchase with the company.
Yelp is wanting me to update it, rather than allowing a fresh review. So here goes.
All Star Health is the best. They have very low prices, fulfilled my order very promptly, and delivery was quick. I got free shipping due to one of the products I ordered. I love shopping with AllStarHealth.
I hope my previous review does not get lost due to this update.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I ordered a parcel and then was told I would have to pay import tax on it. They told me if I did not that DHL would dispose of it and I would not get any refund. That is a lie, this company lied to me. I would definitely not recommend using this dishonest company. Pathetic.

Don't believe the neg reviews. I've been ordering from this company for years, and I have never had one problem. Their prices are very competitive, and I always receive the products in a timely manner. I'm a retired RN and Certified Nutritionist and so I'm familiar with brand names that are of a higher quality, and Allstarhealth provides the brands that I trust. It seems like too many consumers are looking for reasons to be negative these days, and this company is completely legit.

With this being a larger order, we probably held it an extra day so we could ship the entire order in one shipment. Your entire order shipped out 6/30/22. We voided the pre-authorization on the credit card when we canceled the order, so it was never an actual charge on your credit card. If you check your online statement you should see only a pending authorization from the date the order was placed. No funds were taken from your account, so if it is still pending you may want to contact your bank again. We have sent you details of the voided authorization via email today, so that should be sufficient to ask your bank to remove it and square this away. Usually this information is communicated directly through the payment processing center, so I apologize if your bank hasn't received it yet. I can assure you it was completed on our end. Please let us know if you need more information from us and we would be happy to assist.

I ordered some supplements on their site. DHL was unreachable to deliver the goods. the goods got sent back to the sender. This allstarhealth company refunded a very small amount of the money I paid on the order claiming that they deducted the charges of the goods coming back to them by DHJL.

I like that this company is not 'woke'
I like that this company is not 'woke'. No politics that I am aware of. I stopped ordering vitamins from iHerb when I read that they donated to the anti-Trump group StopHateForProfit. AllStarHealth is based in Huntington Beach, so I am happy with the fast delivery time. I'm in Los Angeles.

i got some response from all star health and again they are not listening. they tried to say nobody is complaining about the surepost or their shipping methods. complete denial and more excuses and ignoring the comments.read the reviews on trust pilot. if there is smoke there is fire. they want to pass the buck to the warehouse like its another entity? its part of this company. like i said they need better help a sharper management team and a more organized system put in place. its not up to par by any means. the prices are lower but you have to put up with poor service now because of it? it wont get to me in 1 or 2 days coming from back east state? it actually took 6 days to get to me counting saturday which mail travels on that day. but you have the holiday and sunday added on top of that. it was this long ridiculous time frame and they used horrible surepost. when companies dont listen to customers this is what happens. its absurd.
