1.Very poor ordering procress and poor customer service!
1.They had a payment issue using PayPal.
2. They had an address problem with their website.
3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating.
4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment.
5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.

Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the confusion. When an order is placed via Paypal, the shipping address is selected on their site during the Paypal checkout process. Unfortunately Paypal's policies do not allow us to change the shipping address they provide to us, so when we received your call requesting to update the address we cancelled the order and refunded the Paypal payment. A new order was then placed with the corrected shipping information per your request; however, unfortunately we did not receive any payment for the new order, so we were unable to proceed with shipment. The new order was canceled as well the following day when we received your call. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and please feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.

As mentioned during our email conversation; this shipment was refused by customs because the receiver's full name was not provided. DHL and customs both require a full first and last name to ensure that customs can verify the products are being shipped to an approved party. If this information was not corrected, they would either abandon or refuse the shipment. The order you are referring to is from 2021, so unfortunately due to the time lapse we are unable to research this any further. We can confirm that this was a customs issue.
We post a notice during checkout which recommends that you contact your local customs department to review their policies and restrictions. All customers shipping internationally must check a box agreeing to this notice before checkout. We try to be as transparent as possible during the ordering process, so we sincerely apologize that this was not clear.

I placed an order that stated there were issues and my card was not charged, so I placed the order again insuring all information was accurate and my card was charged! Allstar used that as an excuse not to ship anything!!!! They got the money for 1 order, but shipped nothing stating we have 2 orders. A week goes by and I checked tracking. Only states order is being held because we have duplicate orders! Keep in mind, there is no other email or notification to me to clarify, they just chose to screw me completely!!!! Its a shame companies are resorting to stealing!! I will pay more to order from somewhere else!!!

I do not know what all the negative people are complaining about. I have been buying from this company all star health.com for the last 8 yrs when I got into weight lifting. All my products arrived and it’s what I had ordered. Not enough people talk about all star health since bodybuilding.com prices are high up there, great prices shipping can vary in cost.

I did not want to buy here but eventually took a chance
I shied away from this for a couple of reasons. First, my Capital One App referred me to them due to price but many referrals I check out as bad. Second, the website did not catch my eye. I'm a decades member of the Life Extention Foundation but also buy from many you probably know of. I spend hundreds a month on supplements. If they are worthless at least I have the most expensive urine in town. I took a chance. The prices on most things are super cheap. Their service? Fast? I submit the order and suddenly a knock is at the door with the package. OK, a little exaggeration but even the second order took no more than two days. I can't say enough about my experience. If nothing else at least compare their prices with other places. This week I bought(again) pycnogenol from them. One brand was recommended to a lab I subscribe to. It's very expensive usually 100 pills and a low dose of 100mg is $69.99 or more. I literally paid half.

Typically a voided transaction should fall off of the account within about 1-3 business days, so if this charge still appears in the account we would recommend contacting your bank for details on when this transaction will be removed. Once you contacted us to process the order, we charged a new transaction for the order total. As the package was lost in transit, per our email conversation a full refund was applied for this transaction today once the loss was reported. I have yet received my $251.33 that…
I have yet received my $251.33 that Allstarhealth took from my account. I wrote to them from my bank’s advice, asking them to write to my bank confirming that their bank agrees with my bank’s CHARGE BACK. But it seems they ignore my email.
This is on-going painful issue that has happened for 1 month since they wrongly charged my account whilst still in doubt about the information on my credit card. They made all excuses for my not being able to receive my money back. They seem to be unable to provide me with the records of what they have done so that I can get back my money $251.33.
I am not the only victim of this organization. I just want everyone to be cautious when doing shopping with them.

Nga, this is your 4th review on this site about the same order. We understand you are very upset about this, and we want to assist in any way we can with speeding up the resolution for you. We have taken all steps to show your bank that we have refunded you in full, including sending the transaction number from the refund, accepting the chargeback, and writing and emailing them multiple times. We emailed your bank again yesterday, and cc'd you on the email. We will continue to work with them but we have confirmed with our payment processing company that the funds were refunded on our end. This has never happened, so we encourage your to please reach out to your bank again to resolve this on their end.
I sincerely apologize and am not sure why there is any further delay, but please email us if there are further issues with your refund. We'll keep repeating the steps until your bank finally refunds you.
Parcel never received and no refund
Hello, on March 13, I ordered (#1574938845) for $53 supplements that never arrived in Europe. The package is untrackable. In the beginning, the parcel was in California, handled by DHL. Then to Chicago, managed by USPS. I contacted customer service by email. I never had any news. Lets's avoid despite their unbeatable prices!

" Unfortunately the shipper does not provide detailed tracking information for this service so we are not able to provide an exact ETA, but your package will most likely arrive by 5/10/23.
