Man in van very rude. Blocked the entrance to my drive way and when I asked him to move his van so he wasn't blocking it he said no, not until I said please. I said it was him who had parked incorrectly and he told me to piss off. Very rude man, wouldn't recommend using.

Cannot identify the actual problem. Wasting your money and time.

Cannot fault the knowledge and service provided by All Superb. Shaz has carried a number of jobs for us over the years including a recently installed 250l hot water cylinder, ancillaries and electrical wiring. The job was complex but completed to an excellent standard. When we did encounter an issue, Shaz attended the property the same day to rectify what turned out to be minor problem. That is great service! Another real plus is that he always answers phone promptly.

Excellent company we have used Shaz for many years now. He installed our Valiant Boiler. Never had any issues.

Shaz fitted a gas boiler but the next time it rained, the chimney outlet leaked in and it soaked my kitchen floor. New floor needed due to the water damage. He said this was because of the roof of my house not his work even though it only leaked after he worked on it.

He installed a shower too but didn’t finished the job as he said he had never installed the brand I chose. The brand was Mira, one of the main ones. The shower was only putting out boiling hot water and I was unable to use it.

Had to pay roofer to fix the chimney and another plumber to reinstall the shower. This has cost me close to £1000 and spoilt my new home.

Avoid.

Sticker on his van that says ‘no illegal immigrants left in this van over night’ really really not funny. Anyone would think this company supports the all the racist rioting, not sure. I mean why would anyone think that’s appropriate?
Sums of the ethos and values this company, disgraceful.

I called Superb Gas & Plumbing due to my boiler leaking. It was about 10.30 at night and despite calling numerous other ‘ emergency plumbers ‘, Shaz was the only one who replied.

He attended and immediately diagnosed that the boiler was unfortunately not repairable due to its age.

We went through the cost of replacement parts vs a new boiler. He explained in great detail what was occurring with the very old boiler, so a new one was the only sensible option.

The new boiler was installed a few days later and I have to say he is both knowledgeable and incredibly professional. The job was completed quickly, he was tidy and courteous and went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied with both the boiler and its workings.

I’m not easily impressed but I have to say this guy knows his stuff and kept me informed throughout the process. I have already recommended him to other people and will be using Superb again. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.

Cadent located that we had a gas leak in our house, shut off our mains gas and told us to find an engineer that does pipework... we found Shaz via Google, having not used him before didn't know what to expect.

He came out when he said he would, within a couple of hours (at 8.30 pm), located the source of the leak, and that old lead pipes were in use so advised that he needed to do a lot of repiping under the floor. I was expecting a hefty bill and a long wait but the cost was very reasonable and the work was completed within than 2 days (on a Sunday).

Shaz explained everything, recorded himself under the floor explaining what needed doing, where lead pipes were in situ and what needed to be repiped as copper in the confined space under our floor - I didn't fancy going down there myself.

100% recommend Shaz and All Superb, we will definitely use him again! He takes pride in his work and does what he says. Really pleased with the job and have great peace of mind knowing we are gas leak free and safe again!

We called All Superb at 8pm, as we had no heating and no hot water. He came within half an hour and identified the problem very quickly, (something a previous boiler company failed to do.)
He came back the following day and spent two hours rectifying the problem,
which involved going under the floorboards and mending a broken pipe.
We are very grateful to Shaz
and would very highly recommend All Superb.

What a great service, call them because the boiler wouldn’t come on. Arrived at the time slot given and got to work. Within minutes diagnosed the problem, explained what had happened to the boiler. He said he may have the part on the van but needs to check. Unfortunately he didn’t. Told me he will be about an hour and a half. Came back within an hour with the part needed. All fixed, also got him to service the boiler while he had it all apart. Great service and the boiler has been working fine ever since! Highly recommended! 10 out of 10

Excellent company. Can always rely on Shaz. Came out at short notice to fit a new Diverter valve in our Valiant Boiler after leak detected. Also completed our annual service at same time. We have used Shaz now for 7 years since he installed the Boiler.

Called All Superb Gas & Plumbing services. Shaz repaired and serviced our Vallient boiler after british gas tried 3 times to repair it. They wanted to fit a new boiler but Shaz came to the rescue. Had all the parts on his big van. Will definitely use again, and recommend to all family.

I called Shaz for an emergency plumbing issue at my tenants flat. My tenants had advised me that there was water leaking into the flat below. He stayed a short amount of time and claimed the the problem was a leaking washing machine. He advised me that I shouldn’t buy cheap washing machines.

My tenants called me to say that they wanted a second opinion. I called another plumber who pulled the washing machine out and investigated the leak. He found a significant leak of raw sewage coming from the toilet waste pipe. It smelt and the floor was soaked.

Shaz did not do a proper job of investigating the leak and it resulted in the sewage leaking for many more hours than necessary.

I have raised these issues with him but he denies it all and makes threats instead. Not professional. Not helpful. Would absolutely not recommend.

I’m writing to say how pleased I am by All Superb Plumbing and the service provided by Shazad. I have a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 428 which was displaying F20, F22, F23 and F72 faults. Shazad came around after we had a discussion on the phone regarding the symptoms. He quickly determined the sensors were faulty and there was a blockage somewhere in the system. He came around and sorted everything out. Simply advised that there was debris in the system and the sensors are knackered. He replaced the sensors and drained down the system clearing the blockage.

I spent hours on the internet worrying myself about the total cost of everything and when I finally made the call, it was worth it. Saved me tons of money and I had a hot shower tonight without constantly resetting the boiler every ten minutes. Highly recommended.

Called on quick notice and came out within the hour. He diagnosed multiple faults with the boiler and had replaced the faulty parts quickly. Overall, he was reasonably priced, especially at such short notice and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible Customer Service.
Shaz was rude and abusive to my wife about me. Did not supply invoices and blocked us when we asked for remedial work to be done from the installation.
Happy to hound you for payment which was given promptly but disgusting attitude towards customer.
