We were rescued from a country lane by the fantastic Ali, a very kind, intelligent and caring man. We were made to feel welcome and we both enjoyed our journey (3 hours!). Ali turned a bad situation into an interesting and enjoyable one. Also, the best quotation by far!

I review this service as excellent. RAC was unable to recover my vehicle as the car had no power and as a result RAC could not get it onto the pick up truck and just left it there to accumulate parking tickets.
I made contact with Alllsurrey recovery in the afternoon and was pleased they would be able to accomadate me within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised I was answered immediately and was provided with a cost and estimated arrival time . The recovery driver arrived on time and made attempts to recover the vehicle .However, it proved more difficult than was expected and I was advised it would take longer and as a result would incur an additional cost. I accepted the cost and observed the reasons why as with no power, the recovery was really difficult. However, the recovery driver from Allsurreyrecovery recovered the car which RAC was unable to achieve. A very quick and swift service even though the car did provided some challenges the end game was achieved as the recovery driver was persistent and was able to bring the car to the requested destination.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company’s customer service department. Despite reaching out for assistance during a stressful situation, I was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from the customer service assistant. Not only was I subjected to derogatory language, but I was also abruptly hung up on after completing the required payment.

The lack of courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the customer service assistant was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and decency, especially when seeking assistance during challenging circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my interaction with this company.

I strongly urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future. Customers should feel valued and supported, not demeaned and disrespected. My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing, and I would caution others to be wary when seeking assistance from their customer service department.

Scam or incompetent. Either way Avoid them.
They told me they would recover a trailer for me. Waited 2 hours. Whenever I phoned up they listened until I said who I was then hung up, then blocked my number.

Awful company, 1 hour turned into 4 in the end we rang and cancelled as we had been on the m25 all night. Then randomly an unbranded van showed up 45 minutes after cancelled arguing with us we had to pay a £100 cancellation / call out fee!! Please do not use this company the good reviews must be fake.

Like many who wrote a review here, this company is a scam. The person on the phone (Jo) promised to have a recovery vehicle to arrive in 60-90 mins. After 60 mins, I called again and asked if the driver could call me so I could get a better idea of the timing. A driver called Adam did call and said he would be with me about 30 mins. Half an hour passed and I called again. This time, Jo was rude and hanged up. I tried to call a few times in the next 10 mins but my call was cut directly. After another half an hour, Jo did pick up the phone and said I shouldn't have called so many times. I said because the vehicle didn't come and he couldn't give me any update. So I contacted AA (I should have done so in the first instance but the AA website seems to be only dealing with insurance and I didn't have any cover with them) and got my car checked and towed within two hours.
So don't ever try Allsurrey.
