We used this company because they guaranteed to turn up at 8 am which was essential as the car had to be at a garage at 9am. They lied about the arrival time then continuously lied about the vehicle being almost there. 5 hours later they turned up loaded the car for the 18 mile journey and demande £375. We tried to get the car off the trailer but had to agree to £300. We paid cash and no receipt was available. We mised our spot at the garage. This appears to be a Turkish owned company called BH Recovery and uses the same pictures while pretending to operate locally in a variety of counties. Do not use or you will be lied to and overcharged and there is no local service

Charges us £395 for 22 miles and not sending invoices after several reminders.

I have absolutely no problem with the service provided by All Surrey Recovery. They were quick to respond, the driver was polite and efficient.
However, the driver wanted cash, £195+VAT = £234 to take the car 3 miles! My partner had agreed to this and we thought the driver was coming from Reigate about 20 miles away so the price seemed okay for a 50 mile round trip for a recovery vehicle.
The problems started when I asked for a receipt, the driver said I would receive an invoice by email. No invoice arrived so a week later I phoned and was told I would get a phone call from the accounts department, no phone call in a week so phoned again and was asked to text details, did that but no invoice has been received. After many more phone calls both my partners and my numbers have been blocked.
So now with no invoice our insurance company will not reimburse us the cost of the recovery and I am £234 out of pocket.

Made to pay £1200 when told it would cost hundreds not thousands to be recovered. Can not get hold of company now and was made to pay into personal bank account.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I think that the more people who scream and shout ‘AVOID’ the better! In a nutshell, I’d broken down. I’d called multiple breakdown companies and all were unable to help me. Then I found ‘All Surrey Recovery’. First impressions: sympathetic to my situation, helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with their service and offer of help before 9am, I blindly gave my debit card details for a deposit without asking too many questions! When they didn’t show up on time, I was still impressed by the fact that the man on the phone told me that the mechanic was less than 5 minutes away. However, after multiple ‘he’s around the corner’ conversations and hours passing, I decided to terminate all transactions, accepting the fact that I’d lose my deposit and my car would remain ‘broken’. Had he have been honest about the delay, I’d 100% have stuck with them.

Sadly, my £50 deposit for basically a phone conversation wasn’t enough! To summarise, I was told that £300 would be taken from my account (that they had my details of) and there was nothing I could do about it. When I argued that this was against the law, I was shouted down. At this point, I (perhaps wrongly) said that this was blatantly a scam and the last thing I heard was ‘you’re a f&@king scamming c&£T ’ on repeat. I hung up.

No money has left my account. I’m a lucky one… but I’m also an idiot because on further inspection, the website is full of holes and on an insecure site. Please, please don’t be like me and avoid like the plague! Some things are too good to be true and this was a prime example of that! Police have been informed.

Just adding to the list of poor reviews, please don’t use this company. 1 hour became 3, no communication, did not return any calls, or keep me updated, finally ended up by just hanging up on me each time I called. Suspect might be a scam, they’ve taken £50 deposit, not sure if I’ll be seeing that again. Awful waste of a morning.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are rude and unprofessional. A guy called Mr Karapinar knew nothing about cars and kept checking YouTube for videos about how to fix my car. He spoke in a very intimidating and belittling way and charged £££ for moving the car. Total scumbags who just rob people off!!!

Rude, hung up on me! Then blocked me number. Great company!! 👍

God I wish I’d read these reviews first. Broke down in ford transit at Gatwick airport. Was told 60-90 minutes. They turned up eventually 4 hours later. Man on phone kept saying “yeah I know who you are, driver is 5 mins away”. When the driver called me he said he was 50 mins away! Quoted £250 then driver said £345. Called office to complain and the man said “yeah you’ve had your moan now, why don’t you go home to your wife and relax”.
Utter disgrace, if it wasn’t for the police helping me on to a grass verge then I would have been stranded in the road with a large traffic jam for Gatwick travellers!
DO NOT USE. Wish I could call bank and cancel payment but god know what they would come and do.

"Be with you in an hour" became 3 hours. Driver's english very poor making communication difficult, but he did pick-up and delivery ok. Bank transfer could not be confirmed - not registered properly.

The worst disgusting vulger man on the phone!!! £120 + vat to pick up a car and drop it to my local garage 500yards down the road!!!! He mocked me on the phone when I queried the quote?!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!! I hope his stupid business goes bust!! Prat!

This is a scam company. Do not use as they don’t turn up and they are verbally very abusive when you query why they haven’t turned up after 2 hours waiting. Fortunately for me today that two hours didn’t give them enough time to use my credit card details for their dirty work. However it left me feeling violated by their scam

I had a good experience with this company today. They collected my car (and me) from a surrey garage and recovered my car to my home garage, which is 60 miles away. The driver was very personable and friendly, even gave me a lift home after we dropped car near the garage, which he didn't have to.

I rarely bother taking the time to write reviews but i felt i had to this time. I have to agree with the sentiments of all the 1 star reviews on here.

Booked recovery the night before it was needed for a tow to a garage. On the day was a disaster. Didn't bother to tell me they were running late, only found out when i called. Said there was traffic.

Got a call from driver 30mins later saying the same with a vague description of where they were "on the A3". Fair enough i thought. 60 mins later get a second call from said driver saying traffic was even worse...i had looked at Google maps already which showed zero traffic anywhere along the A3 or near it. When i asked where exactly he was he said "i don't know". I cancelled at this point as pickup already nearly 2 hrs late and it was clear driver was being untruthful.

Poor communications and dishonest. Avoid like the plague.

Disgrace! Left me by the side of the motorway for 7 hours on hottest day of the year. Kept telling me they would be there soon. In the end I had to call the Police, DO NOT USE

They say as little as £50.00 but its rubbish, they charged us £250 to take the car 8 miles.
They also say within the hour, had to wait over two.

I have reported them to the police and to trading standards. They quote you a price on the phone and then when they have your car they demand double the price or they won't release it to the garage.
They also make you pay by bank transfer into a personal account.
This is a scam company. Don't go anywhere near them.

Utterly terrible service. Left a 7 month pregnant woman in a field for an hour longer than they quoted. When I called then over 20 times - number rang out.
Recovery driver repeatedly lied about his location and how long it was going to take

Bad business, it said on their website from £50 within Camberley Area.during towing they charge me £190 and this was in Camberley. my car was less than one kilometre from its original location to the garage where they brought it and they said that if I don't pay they will take the car back to their depot. when I called RAC they quote me for £85 and another towing company quote me for £70 and they at least have the decency to inform me of the true cost. the companys name is All Surrey Recovery
