I was letdown by my insurance company and I phoned allsussexrecovery and they picked me and my motorbike up within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend and use again should I need it.

Excellent service. From the start when I phoned positive attached yes we can help. Precise time range given so I could plan my morning and arrived perfectly on tome. Audi S7 suspension had drop, Ali, recovery man put an huge amount of effort to put the car on to the vehicle with extra slats and moving the car inch by inch, careful not to damage the bottom of the, because air suspension was broken and the car had dropped.

Taken safely to Audi Garage in Eastbourne and informed me that the car was delivered safely and accepted by the Audi garage.

Had great friendly service today. Collected our car and took it to the local garage efficiently.

Promised me they would collect my car after an accident. 3 Days of ringing only to be fobbed off. Say they have collected it & took to a local garage but will not give the name of the garage. Will not return calls. Have reported to Sussex police & Trading Standards.

We required a recovery last month and found All Sussex Recovery, when i phoned, they 'apparently' took a £50 deposit and the rest to be paid on delivery. They said one hour, they arrived in two, once the vehicle was loaded, the recovery driver drove so fast our driver could not keep up with him back to our office. Before the driver arrived i got a call from some bloke called Joe, asking for full payment, i said we would pay on receipt of our vehicle, he then got angry and questioned why i could not pay now then said "you do you pal!" and put the phone down.
The recovery vehicle arrived and we unload the vehicle and i paid the remaining money owed. Then i got a stream of texts asking for the extra £50 as he said he was 100000000% sure he had not taken it. I said i would check and pay when i get home, he then rang me hurling abuse acting like a 'victim' calling me the "C" and "F" you. My colleague recorded the conversation which was abused, threatening and after being told 'if you don't pay now im taking your vehicle back!' .
We drove back to the office where the driver was waiting, we called the police and reported this incident under the Malicious Communications Act 1988 s1.
I checked the credit card, the payment was not taken and we paid straight away as we said we would.
The police has passed their evidence to trading standards who has a growing file on this company along with other alias's the company operate under.

Also some of the reviews on here are written by the directors of the company especially the one from 2nd Jan.

We will not suggest that this company and the individual, whoever he is are scammers or indeed criminals, you can make that decision based on the growing amount of evidence.

However, to be fair and reasonable, the driver was friendly and caused no issue.

I was stranded on the M25 in a LWB van and the guys managed to arrange a recovery before the AA could arrive. They were with me within the hour, towed an hour away to my local garage with no hassle.

Really appreciative for the support and fast turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Called at 9.30 as had a flat tyre on my SUV in Kemptown (visiting for one night from Kent). They said they'd send someone within 2 hours to tow me to a garage and would call to let me know when they were on their way. They asked for my card details as they wanted a £50 deposit. They never called me back. I called a few times and was told each time they were on their way. Eventually after 3 hours they didn't pick up my call. Awful service. I missed an important hospital appointment because of this. Called the RAC instead - much better. Came after 90 minutes.

They are unreliable, as they were booked for 11am and then they said 12pm then at 1:20pm the guy got to us. He checked the caravan hitch up and failed to notice the cable was too short also when we got back my bank flagged up the company as fraud and while on the phone sorting this out the driver said that " if the payment isn't in the account within the hour then he will have to put my car back on the lorry and take it to the depot." The cable was totally wrecked by the time we got home so we travelled back with NO rear lights on the caravan.
Total Mess and When I tried to get in contact to send them photos of the damage they just keep hanging up the phone on me.

If fact I’d give it 0 stars as a lone female and was given a 2 hour waiting time, then after 2 and half hours they didn’t show, when contacted they put phone down. After a 3 hrs wait and multiple phone calls with no response, I had to abandon my vehicle. Shocking appalling service do not trust them

This is a very dodgy company with rude, unprofessional and unreliable staff. I booked an urgent car tow job and emphasised that I needed it done by 12pm at the very latest (my car broke down in front of someone's garage). They said this was no problem at all. They took a £50 deposit. I rang them to say I was waiting by the car and they didn't turn up. When I chased them they said that it would be another 2 hours and were very rude - swore at me when I complained. I cancelled the job and lost the deposit. Steer well clear of this company.

Amazing service. Collection of my vehicle was in no more than 20 minutes of breaking down. Great price. All round 5* definitely recommend allsussexrecovery, if you're vehicle has broken down. Very happy customer.

I booked in advance to recover my vehicle but the appointment time came and went and the driver didn't show. when i phoned him, he said he would be a couple of hours, so i got on with my day but he still hadn't shown 3 hours later, so i called again and he said he was half an hour away. Again he didn't show so when i phoned again he said he would definitely do it by the end of the day. He didn't and when i phoned first thing the next morning, he said the vehicle was loaded and on the way. As my house is 20 mins drive away from the vehicle, i went to check after not hearing from them for a further 3 hours, and the vehicle was exactly where it had been all along and was certainly not loaded and not on its way, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They consistently lied about collecting the vehicle and didn't call back when they said they would. I have found a less expensive and more reliable company to use instead. If i could give them no stars, i would.

If I could give this company more stars then I would, Broke down in my own 3.5T recovery truck 110 miles away from home, Called up and spoke to JO he informed me he can have a 7.5t truck out with me in 30 mins. I feel that the prices and timing are fair and much better then national breakdown company like AA and RAC. I would highly recommend using JO and his team. Hassle free and pain free service.
