Very prompt and helpful service offering sound advice. Was shown the ID card too when asked for straight away.

The Locksmith came within stated time of half an hour. It was a newest wooden door and it took time and effort to get the door opened. Will invest in a key safe.

I would recommend all time locksmith - Fair rate charge - they turned up on time as arranged - the helpful guy who supplied the replacement handle did the best that he could with the materials that he carried in his van and the charge made for the door handle was also very reasonable given that I was a captive audience overall - very good - Carl Baxter

I was back in my home within 30 minutes of my original call! Pleasant man arrived, explained costs and proceed to gain entry for me! Very minor damage to the door that has not in any affected it. Paid by card and I was pleased at the reasonable cost as it was at 21:00. Would, but hopefully won't need to, definitely use again!

Very expensive a single mum of 3 desperate for help and cost me £108 for one single lock

I would not recommend this company, unprofessional with terrible customer service and overall experience was bad. We had a problem with the garden gate and I called these guys to book a time. They gave me a quote 59 pounds + the cost of the lock+ VAT. I’ve checked the prices on their website an they seemed reasonable. So booked them considering we used them before on one emergency occasion and the guy who came to help us was good. The locksmith showed up with his friend, at first I thought they were working together but another guy was just hanging around with the phone in his hands all the time in our garden. He did not ware a badge and no one told me that there would be 2 people. I really did not understand what the second guy was doing - he did not talk, was very unfriendly and was just standing in our garden doing something with his phone. Very uncomfortable and not safe feeling. The locksmith took away the lock and after that told me the prices which were higher that on the website and from what they told me over the phone. I would think that the lock CHANGE includes taking the old lock out and put a new lock in? Well, I was told that I was wrong - I had to pay 70 pounds to take the old lock out and then they quote me additional 60 to put new one in + the cost of the lock + VAT. So all together 184 pounds for a very basic deadlock. On top of everything the guy told me that he did not have the lock and needed to go back home and return in an hour. Why would you come for a scheduled booking without a lock, it was not an emergency call and i’ve mentioned during the booking a type of the lock. I wanted to check the quote with the office. When I called them and talked to the operator they said to write to the customer service when I insisted to try to sort it out over the phone they promised to call back after checking details. All together I called 3 times and every time they were telling that they would talk to their locksmith and call back or their manager will call back in 10 minutes. Never happened. Do not recommend. Works out for emergencies but not for regular fixings. If you had a visit of locksmith from this company who you really like - ask for his number directly. Do not use the site. And on a safety point the company should let you know how many technicians coming and what they are supposed to do.
