Great service. Came within 30 min of call at 3am in the morning. Took under a minute to rectify.

Excellent service. The locksmith arrived promptly around midnight on a Friday (when no other locksmiths were available) to fix a door that was damaged during a break-in. Very professional and timely service.

Got locked out of my house at 9PM on a Sunday night. The locksmith arrived within 30 mins and got me back in effortlessly for a very reasonable price.

Locked myself out of the house. Called the locksmith and he got me back into my house without any damage. Great service. Just what i needed at this worrying time.

Lovely man from Israel came on time and did a very tidy job of changing my rim lock.

I called them on sunday because I was locked out of my room. The locksmith opened the door in 30 seconds and I was charged the FANTASTIC/RIDICULOUS PRICE of £106.8.

I do recommend you to ask for the price on the phone if you don't want to experience this misadventure. I will never call them back again.

The Locksmith arrived on time was polite, efficient and quick. Fixed the lock and charged as the minimum call out charge. If only all contractors could be like this!

Quoted me 59.99 + VAT over the phone provided the key will be unlocked and will be fixed but when the locksmith came to our place after 1 hour he said it should be 129.99 + VAT plus the cost of the key because he needs to drill the key.
Well, of course he needs to drill it if he cannot unlock it.
Not happy at all with the service.

It is an awful thing to not be able to access your home (usually your own fault) but distressing anyway. This locksmith was professional and reassuring and soon came out to sort things out. The gentleman who came was polite and efficient. It is expensive for two minutes work but it was a Saturday and needs must.

I phoned the number for this company when i found it on google and enquired about prices. However when the locksmith came and changed my lock before telling me the price of the new lock as he said he would the charge had gone up considerably. For opening the door was what i was told £60 but the replacement lock had gone from £20 to £125 pounds. Making my bill in total with vat £220 pounds. When i questioned this his attitude totally changed. He got annoyed at me an tried to tell me its the special company price. I decided i would buy my own lock from b&q as i checked the price and it was actually 19.99 in b&q. Also the one he tried to fit in my door actually invalidated my home insurance as it didnt even meet standards. When i said i would just pay for the charge of opening the door and to leave the rest he got even more annoyed tried to say its not 60 anymore if i didnt have the other work done but would increase to £120 and then when i ledt the room to call the company he started saying this is bullsh*t! Needless to say it was 70 in the end with vat not 120 and he ledt my house in a huff and didnt clean up any off the mess he left behind. He also took my screws from the door so when my new lock got fitted i had to go and buy more screws that go in a pvc door. Not nice having a man come into my home and try to intimidate me and rip me off. Lucky i had a friend over at the time to tell me i was being ripped off.

Wonderful service exceptionally friendly, elpful and curteous. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend
