A large Mitre Tool, purchased at a competitive price, with pretty cheap next-day delivery. Can't go wrong! Very pleased with the speedy service.

The website was very clear, very easy to use, and I was delighted that the order arrived in only a few days. I will certainly use them for repeat and other orders in the future.

Purchased some work boots on 14/11/15 and they arrived 17/11/15, Also they sent me the new mk2 version of the boots even though I paid for the original version, Couldn't be happier.

Very good price with fast delivery

At the time of ordering the mitre saw, delivery was advertised within a few days. When it didn't arrive, I phoned, only to find that there were none in stock. This was rather disappointing, but Alltools called some days later to say that new stock had arrived and mine was delivered the following day at exactly the specified time. Although it was a shame not to have received the saw as quickly as I'd hoped, the price was very competetive and the service personal and friendly - very refreshing these days.

Bought this box and extension lead for my Christmas lights, its just the job, speedy delivery as well.

I was very happy with my purchase they were competitively priced and quickly delivered.

I ordered a table saw late on Tuesday night. It went through and I had an email confirming very quickly under order number 100007055. A minute or so later I had another email under 100007056 confirming my order!

Two days later I had still not had confirmation it had been despatched so I emailed to ask what was happening. I received the following:-

"Hi, we have been waiting for stock on this item and they are now in, so your order will be shipped today for Monday delivery to yourselves.

Alltools Sales"

It is not even addressed to me nor is there the person's name who sent it. It is all rather curt as if these replies are sent regularly and the writer could not be bothered.

Most of all there is no "Sorry" or even a hint of an apology. If I hadn't emailed they would not even bothered to contact me.

It arrived yesterday but I have still to unpack it.

I ordered a makita saw & stand on a Sunday, & I wasn't expecting it till late the following week, but to my surprise I was sent a text on the Monday morning telling me that it was being delivered the next day & between a time slot. Very pleased with saw & the speed & response of the company.
