Took 10 days to deliver. Did not reply to my email asking for an update on the order. When I telephoned, they guy was arrogant, ignorant, rude. Nothing wrong with the product but I won't be using this company again due to the poor customer service.

Great Security chain. Superb quality great service.

Just ordered my second chain and upgraded padlock from Almax as the number of the bikes in the garage has grown further over the years. Also using their ground anchor.

How can you justify £8.99 for postage for a replacement chain cover ,disgraceful

I have been a happy user for 10 years, and The customer service has always been very kind, fast and helpfull through The years.
I use two series 4, and they have saved My cargobike and motorcycle several times.
It is A very imposing and Impressive lock and i have been recommending Almax products to everybody i know for many years now.

The manufactors Are really serious and know that they have The best product on The market! The shere size of The chains will win everybody over.

I Think that The chains are reasonably priced compared to The competition.

Reassuring security.
I’m good at picking locks and the squire padlock gave me immense trouble.

I’m sure the chain could be broken by an angle grinder, but it’d take a long time.

The ground anchor is excellent also.

I would say the service from Almax Security Chain was outstanding from the time I spoke to Alex regarding the chains they do to the time the chain arrived.
Due to C-19 Virus Lock down I was warned that they may be a delay in the Lock which was not the case so thankyou for your service.

I don't know what the other guys are talking about. I called Almax to confirm the shipping date and the guy on the phone was very nice. He asked about my situation and gave advice how to keep the bike secure before and after the chain arrives.
Ordered the Almax Immobilizer 19mm. It was well packaged and arrived on time

The Almax Chain customer service is poor, rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company for absolutely anyone...

Oh my god... what an absolute pr&$k in costumer service. Arrogant, rude, unhelpful, inappropriate language. Do not purchace off this crowd. If you end up having an issue you can forget abput getting any help from costumer service.

I ended up cancelling my order and buying off pragmasis. Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Cheaper too!

Great product, terrible customer service. I paid for the product, was told delivery would be delayed (OK - it happens), then when I had the nerve to call up 6 weeks later to ask for an update, I had the misfortune of speaking to the MD. He was rude, shouted at me down the phone and then finished up with this little gem "Well, do you want it or not" i.e. take it or leave it. Word of advice, you've clearly got an engineering background so stick to making chains, stop speaking to your customers like dirt and hire a customer service specialist.
