Great customer experience with our advisor, Kasper, who booked time to explain everything and followed up on all our questions in a friendly and approachable way.

My advisor Brian was great. He explained all options thoroughly and walked me through a series of scenarios to understand each situation. I ended up switching all my insurances to Alm Brand!

SCAM COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!!

Had a discussion with their customer representative as I got a new car and needed insurance.

After negotiations they decided to get me a better offer than I have in my current offer, and as well to transfer all my current insurances (total 5)

At my big surprise I got yesterday policy for my new car which doesn't correspond at all to the offer I got, only this that correspond is the price. But I missing parking damage and expanded glass.

So where on the earth they can change offer conditions without customer acceptance, even at Djibouti it wouldn't be possible.

Luckily I have 14 days withdrawal period which I will use to withdraw from agreement, and as well I will report it to relevant authorities so they can protect future customers.

I have offer in written as evidence and as well by law ,conversation call and my acceptance was recorded by customer representative, so they should submit that conversation to the authority.

The operator was rude and he didn't want to open the claim. After several explanations of my case he created an already closed claim.

My experience with Alm. Brand has been deeply disappointing, prompting my decision to switch providers. Despite the company’s reputation, unresolved issues with communication, transparency, and service reliability left me no choice but to terminate my policy.

A key issue arose when an employee, provided conflicting offers: first a written quote of 1,200 kroner for both insurances, later a verbal “better rate” of 1,150 kroner. Neither was honored in the final terms, creating confusion and distrust. The lack of documentation for the revised offer compounded the problem, and my attempts to resolve this via email were met with delayed responses or silence altogether.

Trust hinges on clarity and timely communication—both were absent here. After repeated unaddressed concerns, I’ve decided to move to another provider who will handle the termination process.

I urge Alm. Brand to improve transparency and prioritize customer responsiveness. For now, I cannot recommend their services.

Slow response and outdated processes. The modern hybrid work needs to be considered when defining vacation/work trip. To me, if I am paying for my travel myself, I should be covered by he insurance- even if I do some days of work on the trip.

The app is also not very user-friendly.

***UPDATE*** I reached out to ALMBrand as they responded below to my review and 11 days now I heard nothing back. nothing even like "thank you for your email, we look into it and come back". Nothing. Email went to a black hole. Bills keep coming. Stay away.

I have been a customer of ALM Brand for more than 10 years. Of course, they are lovely and 4 stars when you do not need anything from them. But when it comes to money, they are the worst. They are a greedy company with horrible support. I had my car with them for 8 years. I sold my old car and bought a new one. The new car was insured with them as well. So, they canceled the old insurance and created a new one. The old car's license plate was sold to the dealership. I bought a new one. Moving forward, there are now two major problems. One is that 6 months later, I start receiving payments of 6000DKK for my old car insurance (I pay my new insurance monthly with no delays). I called them and wrote them that they are trying to fix it. This has been going on for 10 months. For the love of god 10 months of calls and emails front and back. They can't even freeze the invoices and they keep sending them with penalties fees. Sell old car - buy new is the bread and butter for an insurance, this is what they do for living and they cant even do that; they cant even freeze invoicing until they get their shit together.
Second issue: I got an offer now for my new car to move my insurance to another company. 30% discount with same coverage. I called ALM brand and asked if they could make me a better offer since I am there for many years and I am not interested in moving. They said a simple no. I asked them if I have any fees to move my insurance to another insurance and they said that you are customer for many years so there will be no fees if I choose to do so.
I mean I did what anyone can do to avoid the extra fees and all these blood greedy sucking corporations still going after our hard working money that they feel they own a cut. Guess what, I changed and now they are asking 900DKK because I changed.
I talked to their support, who can't influence invoiceing or anything within the company, and they said not to pay bills until they fix this. Bills for both cases now keep coming in with penalties and fees that I do nmot pay while I have emails stating dont pay until we fix this. And this week I got email to pay the bill with the reminder fees for the second issue while they still work on the first issue.

Stay away. Great company to take your money, the worst on customer service.
Good customer service is not having polite answering machines and not do anything for the customer.
Customer service is to care for the customer. You lost one more customer out of the many I read here forever. Useless. STAY AWAY

Never again will I even consider taking any insurance here.
