I was recommended to add a travel coverage, I had problems with travel but I was denied ANY reimbursement.
I was told my goods were covered also in case of burglar breaking into my car. This happened and I was given a minimal 5.000 dkk coverage despite the loss was around 25.000 dkk.
Very very poor service.
The feeling is like Alm Brand doesn't really want to refund the client and instead they want to exploit any possible legal way not to cover or to cover less than expectation. Very shortsighted strategy. I will change insurance.

This has been so embarrassing. I am basically speechless. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life.

On December 25th we had a situation in the house and we therefore contacted the insurance company and started rectifying the issue in the house. Now (more than 4 months later!!!!), the situation is still not resolved for the most ridiculous reason ever. We can’t get in contact with them anymore. We have had the direct number of our claim handler who over the last 3 months stopped answering the phone. No matter what time we call it’s going straight to voicemail. No matter how many messages and missed calls we leave we never hear back.

This is not even the worst part of this story. We have also contacted Alm. Brand several times through the customer service. Every call leads to someone telling me, I need to speak to the claim handler. When I describe that the absence/disappearance of the claim handler is the root cause of all the problems then two things have happened. 1) they say they can see in the system that the handler is available right now so they patch me through - yeah, you guessed it. They don’t pick up. 2) they say they take a note and give the message to the handler to call me back urgently. They understand my frustration and they will make sure I get a call - yeah, you guessed it. I never get called back. This has happened several times over the last month.

This is unbelievable! And the problem is not just one bad employee. That can happen to any company. It shouldn’t but it can happen. There is a systematic, process-related problem here. The fact that my case can’t be touched by anyone else within the company and nobody can step up and solve this, is to say the least worrying. The fact that I can’t talk with a supervisor, even though I’ve asked many times, is worrying. The fact that a bad employee remains unchecked for such a long time is again worrying.

People usually interact with their insurance company in times of need. People pay their insurance companies every month for years so, when they eventually need you, the least you can do is pick up the damn phone.

God service.

the worst insurance company, I had two insured cars with them, they charged fees higher than they were on the contract and when I moved to another company, and I get punished of 850KR, I advise against this company, I post opinions on Facebook groups so that no one will be deceived by them

Alm brand doesn't keep its word. I set a monthly payment amount, but I received a double bill. When you call to ask for explanations, they don't know to give you explanations. I was offered free dog insurance, but guess what: I received the bill.I paid the insurance for the trailer twice and their answer was: is very bad. The insurance agent made a phone call in the yard of my house right under the camera. He offended both me and my husband. In a word, Alm Brand shows neither respect or trust. They are just looking for good rewiews.
