What can I say except the fact that we’re loving our products, I look forward to making future purchases with Almocado. Since we’ve started using their line our hair has gone from strength to strength, not to mention the divine smell of each product, what drew me to them was the ingredients list, I was finding it hard to come across clean/natural/organic ingredients, Almocado ticks these boxes 10/10 from us

My favourite shop to get great hair products, since 2012. So well made and I enjoy finding new ones I can trial and I’ve enjoyed using them. 🙂

My only criticism is that I am impatient already and had to wait for Sunday to Saturday to receive my delivery

So far so good. I’ve used the Stage 2 Hibiscus Shampoo and Coconut & Castor Oil Triple Whipped conditioner and it doesn’t break my hair like other products I’ve used before, in fact it keeps it moisturized. However, it also means I won’t know the long term effects so it’s a wait and see game.
The conditioner is a decent size at 500g for the price and they both smell lovely.
Another positive is the personalized message that came with the delivery. That was really lovely and thoughtful. It was definitely well received and appreciated.
And of course, the reason why I even thought of trying it - black female owned company. Do your thing sister ✊🏿
They loose a star on two points - the incredibly small size of the shampoo (250g) especially for that price (£13.50) and the minimum cost of £50 for free delivery. That’s a lot. Otherwise I’m happy and satisfied with the products.

This family run buisness,makes good equality natural hair and skincare products that really work! They are approachable and add simple little touches like a personalised hand written note accompanying your order, a follow up email to check everything is ok with your order. Makes this company stand out from the rest, and provides confidence that your money is well spent with people that really care about what they do. Vegan too!!

Fantastic product. My hair is soft without being greasy and smells absolutely lovely. So happy to have found a family owned black uk business that has my hair in their best interest. Love love love

When the triple whip conditioner was delivered to me it packaged beautifully, had a hand written note personally to me and had so much more care put into it than a big business. I got a discount for being a first time customer and after buying my first product I gained loyalty points that are already worth real money off (24p from one product rather than paying 100's of pounds to get the minimum amount of reward). Then the product itself is of very good quality, smells lovely, keeps your hair feeling moisturised and soft, and is good for detangling.

Love these products. Fresh and truly natural in every sense of the word!

I’m new to Sisterlocks and natural hair but so pleased that I came across Almocado in my extensive research because I just know that I’ll be a customer for life.

I ordered their baby lock package for my newly installed (day 7) Sisterlocks - the stage 1 shampoo and mint spritz and that spritz literally changed my entire vibe! I’d been struggling with not washing as I have psoriasis on my scalp and it was flaking and reacting badly after installation but my consultant did not want me to wash my hair due to texture etc. Thankfully the day I decided I couldn’t take no more this package arrived and I used the spritz straightaway.

It worked wonders, tingled and cooled my scalp immediately and felt wonderful for hours - the smell was unbelievable - no idea how it’s done but the smell just brings everything to life and is absolutely gorgeous. I felt, I feel amazing, my locs came alive and I can not wait to use the shampoo and other products now.

The service was personal and professional and I literally cannot wait to share the great news about this business to others. I told a friend straightaway who has had Sisterlocks for 4 years and she immediately looked to place an order as there is enough choice out there, without this level of quality.

These guys have got it all right from the products to the website to the service to the delivery and even international customers are using them. I can’t praise them enough.

ALMOCADO MINT MIST FOR SISTER LOCKS

After searching high and low to find products from my newly installed sisterlocks. I found the Almacodo website. I ordered my products and they were delivered on time and exactly what expected. Updates also informing you of the processing time was also emailed on a regular basis. The product I ordered uses just a limited amount of mist to make my hair smell fresh and look vibrant and shiny.

Will recommend company to anyone.

The conditioner is amazing and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry. The smell was quite intense for me but if you use it sparingly it still works!

I've been using Almocado products on my Sisterlocks for a little over a year and a half. I've gotten compliments on the smell and the shine that their products leave behind. My hair always feels clean and refreshed. It's worth the shipping to get Almocado sent all the way to Colorado in the US!

I bought the Coconut Drops Hydrating Aloe Vera Spritz and my hair thanked me. Exactly what my locks needed.

Although I do find it nice that I was kept informed of my order, I would prefer to know when it left and when to expect.

As for the products, they work well with my hair. The hair masque makes my scalp smile and bounce. Feel the opening of the pores and stimulation of the scalp circulation.

I do enjoy the tea tree hair spritz as well. Makes hair feel and smell fresh.
