As I stated in my previous reviews, I already returned all of those items as you know to your Las Vegas location with the pulled yarn and all of the defective items so those are back at your company so I need a full refund immediately on those items
If your company is legitimate, you will give a refund on those items.

Alpacamall finally reached out after about a week and half of continuous research and trying every each way to communicate with them. They did resolve my issue positively. But I am too exhausted to continue fighting and will let it go. Writing a bad review here helped a lot. It was the only way Alpacamall contacted me back via email, same one they post on their website. (Not allowed to write it here.) I had sent about 5 emails to that same address, in vain, plus unanswered phone calls, etc. - too much hassle for subpar quality. Items are extremely light (not typical of alpaca wool - they should have more body to it.) And they look like machine made, not handmade at all. Not cheap either for the low quality.
In a nutshell. I would not buy from them again unless they improve customer service and, mainly, the quality of their items - meaning: they must disclose these are all machine-made in China!? And not alpaca wool at all. Their items should cost at least 50% less. If people like the design, they will still buy, but at least they will not be fooled, like me.

When I wrote about it, I received detailed tracking information, which I very much appreciated. I normally wear Medium but ordered Large on advice of other reviews, I would go bigger next time as I would like to have more room to layer on top of other garments. Very pleased with the product overall.

Die Erfahrungen in den anderen Rezensionen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Der erste Teil der Lieferung erfolgte 2 Tage früher als angekündigt. Der zweite Teil, dauerte ungefähr 10 Tage. Der Kontakt zu Alpaca Mall war durchgehend positiv und immer zeitnah.
Die beiden bestellten Pullover fallen für die angegebene Größe etwas knapp aus, hier am besten eine Nummer größer bestellen. Der bestellte Poncho entsprach der angegebene Größe.

I cannot confirm the experiences in the other reviews. The first part of the delivery was 2 days earlier than announced. The second part lasted about 10 days. The contact with Alpaca Mall was consistently positive and always prompt. The two sweaters ordered are a bit tight for the specified size, it is best to order one size larger here. The poncho ordered corresponded to the specified size. Would like to order again

I ordered a Panama Hat from this company. I received the hat and was very pleased with quality it was the wrong size. I emailed them and called them and was advised that I would receive a response by August 26th. It is today September 9th and still have received no response. I am most disappointed by their lack of response and question what kind of company is this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recommend you stay away from this company.

Buyer beware!!! Make sure whatever you order is the right size, color and shape. Unless there is a defect you cannot get a refund and an exchange has proved IMPOSSIBLE! Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for scarves on sale for $11.50. The order showed a total of $23.00. When I hit "place order," it charged the regular price of $49.95 to Paypal. I immediately tried to contact AlpacaMall to cancel, and they told me it shipped five minutes later, and refused to cancel. As a repeat customer, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will never buy again...which is sad, because the products were good.
