In praise of Poncho
My son has long mentioned that he'd quite like a poncho. So I searched for one as a Christmas gift last year. I'd never come across AlpacaMall before but liked the look of the products and so took a risk.
The poncho arrived in good time with no issues.

After my last post alpacamall finally replied to me by e-mail (they NEVER answer phone or return calls) and gave me an RMA number and address to return the sweaters which were NOT what I ordered. I returned sweaters by USPS exactly as alpcacamall instructed but USPS can not deliver because no one is ever there to accept the package. USPS has made several attempts to deliver. USPS leaves a slip for them to claim package at the post office but they never pick them up. I called their postal service and their postmaster told me they have several packages but they do not pick them up. The wrong sweaters I was promised by alpacamall that could be exchanged have now been sitting at their post office for over a month and alpacamall will not pick them up and they can’t be delivered since no one is ever there. I was scammed $150 by these thiefs! Their responses to everyone’s negative posts are complete lies!
To alpacamall - I do NOT want your lyang response to my post. I want you to go to the post office and pick up my return sweaters RMA 1967 and exchange them as promised!

alpacamall is an unethical company
ordered the same sweater is a size small and size medium since I was not sure which size would fit. I received two sweaters of the identical size. There are are no size labels in the sweaters just a small sticker with an "s" stuck on one and sticker with an "m" stuck on the other. When I lay one sweater on top of the other they are the same size and are both are quite large especially for a woman's small. I wrote to alpacamall (and sent photos) and they refuse to let me return either sweater and they refuse to send me a size small that is smaller than the medium. I see this as an error on their part to send two sweaters the same size. They said they can only refund if its damaged are different than the photo from what I ordered. When I placed the order I got a message that the size small was backordered until Feb 6 however I received notice my order including both sweaters was shipped prior to that date. I believe they took a size medium and put a size small sticker on it since it was the same size as the medium. Their website says by with confidence next to a phone number however when calling any time of day all you will get is a recording saying there are no support agents available to take your call please leave phone number (which I did) and there is no return call.

Very poor fit
Custom service was good but the no refund policy is part of my issue. All the items I ordered did not fit well no matter what size. Very tight through the chest and yet long in the arms. I am a very standard Large/XLarge fit but these sweaters are not constructed to standard sizes.
