These idiots think it's ok to bombard you with junk mail... emails... phone calls and text messages because your a self employed gas engineer....
My gas safe information is for my customers only....not for alpha boilers to access without my permission....at no point did I sign up to this company.... this is a hard sell harassment policy which is illegal.... No other manufacturers do this.... which is Ideal....
After several attempts to get them to stop sending me unwanted garbage I had to threaten them with harassment....
I contacted yourselves several times by email and phone...I even spoke to one of your rude obnoxious staff.... I'm not surprised gas engineer's don't buy your boilers.... obviously my emails and phone calls we're ignored....

Alpha Boiler excellent, Engineer excellent, long wait to get a service
Just had my boiler serviced by Alpha. Excellent engineer and service completed within 1/2 hour. Boiler was in good condition as it is less than 2 years old and don’t use it very much. I am happy with the engineer and the alpha boiler. However, I originally tried to get my boiler serviced in November last year only to be told that they were too busy with emergency call outs and I would get a call when someone is free. I chased up early in the year only to be given the same response. I eventual got an email from alpha in June this year to book the service as part of my annual cover policy. From first call to the service being completed was 8 months. The boiler is excellent however, likewise the engineer, the service plan is very reasonable - just the long wait for the service 🥴

The customer doesn't count.
The product is good but the customer service is terrible. I pay my boiler service charge regularly but I am still waiting for someone to service my boiler 1 year later despite regular reminders. Nobody calls you back. They set up appointments for you and then cancel and then don't bother to reinstate. The company on its website praises the virtue of regular boiler servicing to avoid hazards like carbon monoxide poisoning but fails to comply with their own advice. As stated this has been going on for a year now. I hope the management of this company will now respond with an explanation and some badly required action.
Deal with this company at your peril.
