I've ordered pure stevia several times, in larger quantities, because I was happy with the product itself.
However, I'm writing a negative review because the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Due to a misunderstanding, my payment was a bit later than the order, and that apparently was a major problem for them. After several emails, with proof of payment, I received little to no response. Therefore, I will now look for another supplier that offers stevia of equivalent quality.
