I am was very impressed with the service delivery and continued communication between the agent and customer from the time I had booked my travel holiday. I was kept on the loop with all changes that the airline kept doing until my travel day. Surprisingly on the the last minute to check in, (weekend for that matter) the flight was cancelled. My agent took time to sleep late trying to sort other means. I followed her recommendations and at the 11th hour it was sorted and I managed to get my connection cruise line. I am likely to use this agent in the future and strongly would recommend others to do so. Thank you Gwen

Gwen was excellent with her service
Gwen was excellent with her service . At times I would ask numerous questions but she was patient and made me at ease . My child travelled unaccompanied and I must say that was one of the most memorable and exciting experience he had and he will never forget . On his return , he was put on first class and he had the best experience which he can't stop talking about . Mind you , I didn't pay for first class , he was just well looked after to and from. I will use Gwen's services again .Thank you Gwen !

Gwen, has been handling my travel for many years. First time to know Gwen, she planned a trip for my 6year old daughter as an unaccompanied minor. I was very anxious about the Journey , but Gwen eased my anxiety.
My daughter arrived safe in Uk 🇬🇧 as an unaccompanied minor. She is the best travel agent. She pays attention to every detail. Execellent service
Execellent service , when I was stuck at the airport Gwen was available to assist me with visa application. Contacted the air line on my behalf as I was very distraught, she comforted and ensured that I had arrived home safely . Still continued to check up on and advised me to reschedule the flight which I managed to do .
